What a wonderful apartment!

  • 5 of 5

We rented this apartment for my father-in-law for an extended stay (3 weeks). The location is perfect! He really enjoyed being able to walk around downtown. The close proximity of multiple restaurants (not to mention the delightful Ms. B’s Bakery) made dining easy. He even walked over to the local Pic Pac for groceries.

The apartment is very clean and charming with plenty of space. While he did report hearing a conversation taking place outside the door on the sidewalk one day, the street was quite in the evenings and he did not have a problem with noise. The kitchenette was perfect for him and the basket of snacks supplied by the owners were a nice touch.

The owners were very helpful and responsive as we were making our reservation and locking down the dates. I highly recommend this apartment and even plan to rent it myself (as a local) for a downtown get-away.

First class renovation of a charming old place

  • 5 of 5

This place has a lot of charm. The renovation that was done to a very old building was first class. It kept the character of the old while modernizing the environment. It is an excellent location in downtown Frankfort, with an easy walk to restaurants, historical sites, and museums. The bed in the bedroom is comfortable, but not the sofa bed. We did hear a lot of street noise during the night, mostly before midnight and after 5 a.m. Nevertheless, it is a great place and we will gladly stay there again if we revisit Frankfort.

Downtown Frankfort

  • 5 of 5

The suite was extremely clean and had everything that I needed. Very convenient to downtown, State Historical Center and many places to eat are within walking distance. Enjoyed it much more than I would have if I had stayed at a hotel further away.

Nice pleasant stay

  • 5 of 5

We stayed at Craig & Amy's guest suite for 4 nights which worked out great for our stay. Our side adventures include bourbon tours, horse farm tours and Keeneland race track. Frankfort is centrally located to all the above which makes Craig&Amys suite an ideal location. Their suite is walking distance from local bars & breakfast places and the overall town is very quiet and peaceful at night. Nice perk was that we had quite a bit of luggage and supplies for a 4 night stay so having our vehicle parked right outside the guest suite really worked out good for moving everything back-and-forth. The bed was comfy, towels we're very soft, place was very clean and the shower had plenty of hot water. I definitely need my morning coffee to kickoff the day so having the Keurig pre-supplied is a big plus. Our hosts are nearby and they kept us informed about an unscheduled late afternoon street line painting by the city of Frankfort. For what we do, this place worked out very well for us. Thanks again !!

Cute Place

  • 4 of 5

Great little place and cool location in Frankfort. In walking distance to everything. The place was clean and comfortable. It was pretty loud through the evening and night with noise coming from the older front door and window.

Lovely and convenient

  • 5 of 5

We absolutely loved the downtown guest suite in Frankfort. The location was perfect and you could walk to everything downtown. I was concerned about the on street parking and the fact that there was not a dedicated parking spot but we never had any problems parking our car the entire time we were there. Frankfort has a lovely historic district with good places to eat and drink all within walking distance. I would recommend Bourbon on the Main and Serafini Restaurant. There is also a nice bakery on the corner. The rental is clean and tastefully decorated. The bed is so comfy and there is a small efficiency kitchen that is perfect for a couple to spend the weekend. We will definitely book this rental again when we come back to Frankfort.
