Villa Roy is a family villa located in a small village of Orihi, in a quiet position, in the heart of Istria, ideal for a holiday resort for the whole region.
At only 7 km there are shops, cafes, banks and pizzerias. There is also one small market in the village about 200 m from villa.
In the village, only 200 m guests can visit a local restaurant known for its typical Istrian cuisine in a charming ambience.

On the fully fenced land of 1800 m2 there are: an outdoor swimming pool of 32 m2 with a shower, a covered terrace with a well equipped kitchen and a sitting area, and play area for the youngest (playground, swings, ice rink, skating and table tennis).

Outside the facility is also available to guests 3 covered parking spaces, a volleyball court and football goals. In the garden there is a barbecue on the wood.

Villa Roy is spread over 150 m2, with a capacity of 9 + 2 people.
It consists of a main house and a pool house.

In the main house, on the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, dining table and air-conditioned living room with a sleeping couch for two person, one shower / WC.
On the upper floor there is one bedroom with double bed and one single bed, one bedroom with double bed, one bathroom / WC.
All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and satellite TV with balcony access.

In the pool house there is a small kitchen with dining table and chairs, and one bedroom with double bed and bunk beds, with access to a lovely terrace surrounded by greenery.
