Near Venice, in Jesolo, cozy 75 sqm apartment with splendid sea view at about 80 meters. Located on the second floor in Piazza Torino, in a very well-kept building with a lift, with 2 bedrooms, living room with sofa bed and TV, kitchen with electric oven and microwave, bathroom with shower, bidet, washing machine, free Wi Fi, double habitable terrace. Air conditioning, parking space in the private external courtyard, umbrella and sunbeds on the beach reserved and free of charge (guaranteed from 15 June to 15 September), bicycles. Pedestrian area, very close to supermarkets, restaurants, pizzerias, pubs.
Towels and sheets included.
Starting from here you can visit all the most famous places: Venice, Cortina, Padua, Treviso, Vicenza, Verona, Riviera del Brenta. A transport service is also available from Treviso and Venice airports
Animals are not admitted.

Lovely apartment (75sqm) located in Piazza Torino, Jesolo, near Venice, on the second floor with two balconies and nice sea view. Only 80 meters to the beach, situated in a cozy and welcoming building with elevator. It has two bedrooms, a living room with a sofabed and flat screen TV, a kitchen with an electric oven and a microwave, a bathroom with shower, washing machine, bidet.
The price included free Wi Fi, air conditioning, free private parking, towels, sheets, bikes, umbrella and two cots in the beach (guaranteed from 15 June to 15 September).
Convenient to all services: supermarkets, bus stops, restaurants, pizzerias, disco, amusement parks.
The bus stop is also within walking distance, with regular connections with all destinations.

Good location to visit Venice and the surrounding area

The appartment was situated in a good location for our needs. The only negative thing to report was the weather at the time we were there, but this enabled us to visit some of the sites in Venice without having to wait in long lines.The location was also idea to take day trips to Verona and Padua, as well as drive to Punta Sabbioni and the coast.The appartment was idea for our needs, located not too far from supermarkets, and we were able to cook when we were not on the go.We would recommend the appartment for anyone with a family.

Great Stay Oct 2024

We had a great stay at the beginning of October 24. Jesolo was quiet as most places were closing down for the season. The apartment was ideal though for Venice. We travelled in by Bus and Ferry as we like to see the surrounding areas. The apartment has everything you would need. Has two balconies south facing so get a bit of nice sun. Francesco and Nadia were very welcoming and contactable if had any issues but we didn't.

Positives. Location perfect for Beach Shops and transport links.the property was very clean with a safe and most of the facilities required for a home from home property and added bonus of our private sunbeds on the beach.Negatives,very poor communication between hosts, Vrbo messaging with ourselves,no information regarding access to the property upto an hour before arriving at resort,we eventually made contact with the host and we commented we've rang him several times his response Vrbo are using his old contact details.we where greatly concerned that this was a fake property and we was going to have to find alternative property for our holiday.We was very grateful to the host for meeting up to transfer us to the apartment and showed us around the area and then walked us through the apartment and its facilities.The hosts description of property had many inaccuracies No Hot tub, No dishwasher No bicycles apparently stolen and no hidden costs however he asked us to pay city tax have usually in with the rental price as as always been the case on all our previous Vrbo rentals.The property description of Love Nest just sit right with what the property vibes suggested it's more of a family property not a couples retreat.The hosts need to update all their contact details and hopefully not have to endure what we did.But all in all we enjoyed our time at this property but could have done without the discrepancies with the listing by the Hosts.

Die Ferienwohnung liegt direkt am Start/Ende der sehr langen Einkaufsmeile. Hierdurch sind alle nötigen Geschäfte, Restaurants fußläufig erreichbar. Der Strand mit den reservierten Liegen ist keine 2 Minuten von der Wohnung entfernt. Perfekt! Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und geben gute Tips für den Aufenthalt. Wir waren soweit zufrieden.

Schöner Urlaub am Meer

Sehr saubere Wohnung, Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und man bekommt immer zeitnah eine Antwort. Nette Begrüßung bei Anreise. Lage in zweiter Reihe zum Meer, nur wenige Minuten zum Strand wo zwei Liegen und ein Sonnenschirm inbegriffen sind. Jedes Zimmer mit eigener Klimaanlage war perfekt. Parkplatz direkt vor dem Eingang. Die Fußgängermeile mit vielen Restaurants und Geschäften in unmittelbarer Nähre. Sehr zu empfehlen die Pizzeria Hawaii 3 direkt gegenüber der Wohnanlage.

Schöner Urlaub in Lido di Jesolo

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in dieser Ferienwohnung. Es sind nur 200 m zum Strand. Dort sind 2 Liegen und ein Schirm für die Wohnung reserviert. Vom Balkon hat man auch Meerblick. Bäcker und Supermarkt sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Ebenso die vielen Geschäfte in der abendlichen Fußgängerzone. Also wirklich toll. Morgens gegen 6.30 Uhr werden täglich die Müllcontainer auf dem Platz vor dem Haus Recht lautstark geleert. Alle 4 Müllsorten nacheinander. Das war etwas störend. Toll ist auch, dass jeder Raum eine eigene Klimaanlage hat. Entgegen der Beschreibung hat die Wohnung keinen Geschirrspüler und es stehen auch keine Fahrräder zur Verfügung. War aber nicht schlimm. Die Küche an sich ist Recht klein, aber gut ausgestattet. Insgesamt war es ein schöner Aufenthalt. Wir wurden auch sehr freundlich begrüßt und hatten einen Obstteller vom Vermieter zur Begrüßung.

Wir hatten das Vergnügen, in einer wunderschönen Wohnung zu übernachten und wir möchten gerne unsere Erfahrungen teilen. Die Größe der Wohnung war einfach super! Es gab genügend Platz, um sich frei zu bewegen und sich wie zu Hause zu fühlen. Die Lage der Wohnung war ebenfalls fantastisch. Sie befand sich in unmittelbarer Nähe zu allen Geschäften, die man benötigt, und vor allem zum Strand! Es war großartig, nur einen kurzen Spaziergang entfernt vom Strand zu sein und dort sogar eine Liege zur Verfügung zu haben. Das hat unseren Strandurlaub wirklich perfekt gemacht. Wor konnten die Sonne und das Meer in vollen Zügen genießen, ohne uns Gedanken über den Transport machen zu müssen. Darüber hinaus befand sich die Wohnung direkt an einer belebten Flaniermeile, was bedeutete, dass wir eine große Auswahl an Restaurants zur Verfügung hatten. Wir konnten jeden Abend etwas Neues ausprobieren und verschiedene köstliche italienische Gerichte genießen. Insgesamt kann ich die Wohnung und ihre Lage nur wärmstens empfehlen. Die großzügige Größe, die Nähe zum Strand und die Restaurants in der Umgebung haben unseren Aufenthalt zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis gemacht. Wenn du nach einer perfekten Unterkunft für deinen Urlaub suchst, dann ist dies definitiv die richtige Wahl! Und Francesco ist ein großartiger Gastgeber!

Sehr schöne kleine Wohnung von sehr nettem Gastgeber

Mehr kann man sich nicht wünschen: Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit und denkt an alles! 😊 Die Wohnung ist klein aber fein, komplett ausgestattet und zwei sehr chöne große Balkone. Die Klimaanlage kann heizen und kühlen, es gibt einen Aufzug und der private Parkplatz ist neben der Haustür. Alles sehr schön!
