Casa Ulivo is suitable for your holidays, just 3 km from the sea and the center of Diano Marina (Liguria).

Ideal place to let you spend relaxing days away from the chaos and noise of the city, without leaving the comfort you need.
It is located in a small village, in the historic center of the village of Diano San Pietro, close to the Ligurian countryside, vegetable gardens and vineyards.
It is not in an isolated area, but remains close to the group of houses that we rent seasonally.

It is a nice and spacious 65 sq m apartment on two levels, with stairs, suitable for everyone.
Large windows make it bright, the position well exposed to the sun, allows it to have light in most of the hours of the day.
With a private fenced-in terrace at kitchen level, with a view of the town (no sea view), it will allow you to spend many hours outside, have a barbecue, read a book relaxing, sunbathe and meditate in the evening listening with pleasure to the sounds of the surrounding nature .
Being in the low hills, you will also be "caressed" by a pleasant breeze, which will pamper you at night.

ULIVO HOUSE with 4 Beds: on two levels
Entrance with living room kitchen (single room) with terrace. Double sofa bed, table and chairs, furnished and equipped kitchenette, with gas stove, electric oven, fridge with freezer, crockery and cookware, moka coffee maker, Sat TV, safe. 01 Bathroom complete with toilet, shower, sink, bidet, washing machine.
Upstairs connected by a spacious spiral staircase: 01 double bedroom with a window and a French door and with a private balcony (with a view of the village as in the photo).

Linen on request separately (for hire) to be paid on arrival, and to be requested when booking
Independent LPG heating with private meter, except according to consumption when used (to be paid at the end of the stay)
Private parking with night lighting, in our olive grove about 80 meters away from the houses and the village, you can access it along a concrete country road, and then you can walk to the village and the house.

Agreement with a beach of Diano Marina "Bagni Silvano" 3 km from us, if you wish, ask me for info, you will be given direct contact with the owner.

I advise you to be self-armed to facilitate travel

You can bring your bikes to quickly reach the sea and the center of Diano, and for bikers you can go hiking in the Ligurian paths in our nearby hills.
Many Trekking walks with your furry friends in total freedom, away from traffic in the middle of our Ligurian countryside!

It can be rented for short stays (2 nights) for medium-long stays (even monthly rentals), suitable for everyone.

The center of the village of Diano San Pietro is only 400 meters away (reachable also on foot with a quick walk) where you will find two small food shops, with the sale of fresh bread, milk etc. .. tobacconists, newspapers, and inside a Simple Country Bar service for coffee breaks or for breakfast in the morning. In addition, you will find a post office, pharmacy, church, playground, numerous free public parking spaces, and the bus stop that connects the town to the sea and the center of Diano Marina.
You will find trattorias and restaurants within 2 or 3 km of our accommodation.

The "DIANO" train stop is only 1.5 km away from us (reachable on foot)

The keys will be given to you directly on arrival by the owners and will accompany you to the house you have reserved, requesting a valid document for registration.
Also at the Departure the Keys will be to be delivered to the owners and in the case settled with them for gas or other expenses.

The owners live a few meters from the houses they rent, and remain available during the booking phase and throughout the stay.

Arrival time from 16.00 to 18. 00 p. m. (for delays please advise)
Departure before 10.00 a. m.

If you wish to postpone the departure at times other than those established (usually by the owners) subject to agreement on availability, etc., the full daily cost will be charged, if you choose to leave after 13.00 p. m. , if instead you choose to leave before 13.00, half a day will be charged (half the daily price of the accommodation)

Once in the village of Diano San Pietro, reach the number 2 Via Felice Cascione, home of one of the owners and get in touch! You will then be accompanied to the private parking in the olive grove and to the house.
