Apartment with superb sea view and Trestel beach 9 km from Perros Guirec

Close to the pink granite coast between Perros-Guirec and Port-Blanc, beautiful duplex apartment approved by Clévacances (labeled 4 people). You will appreciate the magnificent sea view from the dining room and the bedroom. You will enjoy a real magnificent view of the sea and the beach from a large picture window (not like some rentals where the sea view is through a velux window). The prices indicated include all charges including tourist tax; no supplement will be requested: no bad surprises!
Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday. In case of departure or arrival other than a Saturday, please consult us before booking. By cons there is no arrival or departure on Sunday.

Nice place to rest, there is no apartment above or below. It is located in a quiet, family-friendly holiday residence 50 meters from the magnificent fine sandy Trestel beach, which is highly prized for its exhibition (classified as a European blue flag).
The apartment is composed of two rooms: a large living room with kitchenette, a bedroom with a large closet, a bathroom with shower cabin, and a balcony with sea view.

The residence has a green area of 2000 m² overlooking the sea with a shared barbecue, children's playground, bicycle storage, pétanque pitch.

Nearby Perros Guirec

The apartment is located in a small residence at the end of a dead end away from all traffic and therefore quiet. The apartment overlooks Trestel beach.
The seaside resort of Trestel is located in the heart of the Pink Granite Coast and has preserved its coastline. Its large sandy beach is appreciated for its quality waters. The Trestel cove is protected by two small points, Poulpry and Port le Goff.
The exceptional location of the apartment allows you to spend entire days in the water and bask on the sand in peace. You can also enjoy the coast by the GR 34 (less than 400m from the apartment) for magnificent hikes.
A barbecue is available to any resident who wishes to grill.

Since 2012: a surf school has just opened for children and also long line courses (active walking in the water).
