Located in the municipality of Tijarafe, on the most authentic side of La Palma, this welcoming rural house combines the charm of traditional Canarian architecture with spacious outdoor areas designed to enjoy time in the open air.



Located approximately 500 metres above sea level, the property is surrounded by an estate of approximately 4,000 m², where the lush Canarian landscape, the ocean on the horizon and the mountains create an environment full of natural beauty. Every corner invites you to pause: have breakfast under the terrace, relax by the pool or watch how the light changes throughout the day over the landscape.



With approximately 86 m² of built space and distributed on a single floor, Casa Tota offers a warm and comfortable environment for up to four adults and one child up to two years old. It has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and another with two single beds, as well as a full bathroom with bathtub and shower. The living room, presided over by a pleasant fireplace, becomes the perfect place for cooler evenings, adding a cosy and family touch to the space.



The exterior is, without doubt, one of the main features of the house. The private pool, heated using solar energy, invites you to enjoy the island's good weather whilst the sun loungers, garden and barbecue area create the ideal setting for sharing long meals and moments of relaxation surrounded by nature.



Furthermore, Casa Tota is committed to more responsible tourism thanks to the use of solar panels and the availability of an electric car charger, integrating comfort and sustainability in an authentically Palmera experience.



From here you will be able to discover some of the most special corners of La Palma: walk trails between volcanoes and laurel forests, enjoy outdoor activities or simply let yourself be carried away by the tranquillity and unique character of the island.
