大規模な私有地にある海の2メートルに位置する美しいコテージ。

私有地は約600 m2で、オリーブの木、松の木、糸杉などの植物がいっぱいです。

プロパティでは、メインハウスとゲストハウスがあります。

メインハウス（55 m2）には、キングベッドのある大きなベッドルーム、ソファのあるリビングルーム、設備の整ったキッチン、シャワー付きのトイレがあります。

ゲストハウス（20 m2）には、2つのシングルソファベッドとシャワー付きのトイレを備えた1つの部屋があります。

プロパティは、海の2メートルに位置しています！ それは完全なプライバシーとパガシチコス湾の素晴らしい景色を提供します。

施設には2つの屋外テラスがあります。1つは海沿いのフロントサイドにあり、もう1つは庭の真ん中にある裏庭にあります。

We have just spent another wonderful 10 days at Terry’s house by the sea. The beach front location surrounded by rolling green hills make it the perfect place to recharge and relax. The house is stylish and comfortable and Terry is a very welcoming host. We will be back! Karen and Jon

Paradise

We have just returned from a wonderful week relaxing in Terry’s beautiful house by the sea. The house is set on the waterfront with a magnificent view of the mountains and we spent many happy hours sitting on the veranda admiring the view and dipping in and out of the sea. The cottage is stylish and well equipped to ensure a very comfortable stay. Terry is a generous and accessible host who makes the booking process very simple. We shall return next year.

Magic!

Terry is a wonderful host and her home is beautiful! The location, right on the water, is incredible, you don't need to go anywhere! The accommodation is stylish, immaculate and exactly as described. The garden is a haven of quiet shade, and Terry is extremely friendly, helpful and responsive as a host. We had a wonderful holiday. The area is not very touristic so be prepared for a quiet visit. I'm sure we'll be back if we get the chance!

Tcottage little paradise

Our stay at TCottage was nothing less than perfect! The lovely house was equipped with everything, it was very cozy and the sea was within 10 steps. It was quiet with a lovely garden and we really enjoyed the little boat and supboard available for us! Terry is a lovely host, we had a very warm welcome and she even made a little welcome basket with traditional Greek food and homemade jam. Terry, we want to thank you for your hospitality and kind heart! Kind regards. ☀️

Paradiesische Ruhe

Das Cottage am Meer war genau wie inText und Fotos beschrieben. Sehr gemütliche Einrichtung, viele dekorative Details. Haus und Garten waren top gepflegt, neue Handtücher und frische Bettwäsche. Voll ausgestattet mit Geschirr, Gläsern, Lebensmitteln, Waschmaschine, Fahrrädern, Garte- und Strandliegen, Board und kleinem Ruderboot. Terry ist eine hervorragende Gastgeberin. Sie kommunizierte mit uns schon ab der Landung und bot bei allem ihre Hilfe an. Die Einweisung ins Haus war perfekt. Zur Begrüßung gab es einen leckeren Geschenkkorb mit Wein, selbstgemachte Feigenmarmelade etc. Während unseres ganzen Aufenthalts war Terry immer zu erreichen, falls man eine Frage hatte. Zur Abreise kam sie pünktlich zur Verabschiedung. Wer einen ruhigen Urlaub direkt am Wasser sucht mit hervorragender Betreuung durch die Gastgeberin ist hier perfekt aufgehoben.

La mer, le soleil et les oliviers

Quelle belle maison... Nous y avons passé 3 semaines géniales, de repos et de baignade. La maison est juste au bord de l’eau, dans une petite baie tranquille, avec sa propre petite plage de rochers, face au soleil levant. Elle est parfaitement équipée, joliment décorée. Et Terry et Georges sont extrêmement accueillants et sympathiques. Un grand merci à eux pour tout!

A beautiful location for a quiet holiday

A lovely cottage – just as we expected from the pictures. Very comfortable and well appointed. Terri has been superb over the 2 years when we kept having to rebook this holiday – thank you Terri!. It was a lovely quiet, "get away from it all" holiday – just what we needed. Swimming in the sea or using the paddle board and boat was lovely - also the evenings admiring the view with wine. There is a nice Taverna within 10 minutes walk and a couple of others within 15 to 30 minutes drive which is nice when you don’t want to cook for yourself.

A beautiful Holiday to relaxe

It was a lovely time in Sourpi/Nies. The house is sweet a have everything what the vacationist heart needed. We have get a startet packet with coffee, bread, vine etc. :-) The garden is big and contains a lot of herbage and vegetables. And we can all use it. The house owner Terry and George are very helpfull and nice characters. They help us by every problem and question. Exceeded expectations

An amazing cottage house with all necessary facilities and much much more. Our 6 days stay was an unforgetable experience. A place where you can definitely recharge your batteries, leave all worries behind and reconnect with yourself. Our staying there has created feelings of eudaimonia. We are already planning next summer's stay. One final word for our magnificent hosts, Terry and George: we cannot thank you enough for creating such a place anf for your warm hospitality.

Couldn't have been better!

The cottage was just perfect. The location is idyllic. We so enjoyed sitting on the front porch in the evenings, swimming in the sea and exploring the surrounding area. Terry was an excellent host. She met us at check in and explained everything thoroughly. She was warm and welcoming. We are looking forward to returning to the cottage by the sea soon!

Wonderful relaxing place to stay

This is a wonderful location to get away from it all. The house was a perfect beach house - really private and with exclusive access to our own beach with crystal clear warm waters to bathe in. It was very quiet - and we enjoyed eating dinner on the terrace overlooking the sea every night. The house had everything we needed; and Terry had provided a few local treats on the first night to keep us going before we could get to the supermarket the next day - which we really appreciated. Very clean and tidy - with lovely decor. This is a perfect location to get away from it all. The only downside is that it was a little remote - so there was not to much to do in the evening - however - the beachside location makes up for this. There is a small seaside village around 10 minutes drive which had lovely restaurants; and two tavernas within walking distance - but apart from that - not too much else to do; But for us; it was fine as we were happy to stay around the house; and go on long walks around the area ; looking at the stunning views. If you want a holiday to get away from it all - then this is the perfect place. We hope to return next year; and bring the family.
