A highly uniquely located holiday cottage only a stone's throw from the Wadden Sea - Europe's largest "pantry" for migrating birds. This row house has direct view of the sea from the terrace, ground floor and 1st floor. Approx. 6 km to an 18-hole golf course. Floor heating with tiles in living room and kitchen, where there is modern furnishing. American refrigerator with plenty of freezing capacity.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

God beliggenhed tæt på alt på Rømø, flot udsigt, god indretning og dejlig lys, / / Da I ikke på noget tidspunkt spørger ind til mine negative oplevelser ved huset, Så kommer de med her: / Servicet i køkkenet var mangelfuldt og i meget dårlig stand, Der var skår på stort set alle tallerkener og langt fra det antal tallerkener, der kunne forventes i et hus med plads til otte personer, Vi måtte flere gange vaske dele op i hånden for at have til næste måltid, / Generelt virkede sommerhuset til lige at mangle en omgang almindelig vedligehold, Så der ikke var huller i vægge, hylder der var ved at falde ned, utæt liste ved havedør mv, / / Varmen var ved ankomst skruet op på 30 grader over alt, Hvilket betød der gik to dage før huset var kølet ned til en nogenlunde inde temperatur, og vi særligt den første dag næsten ikke kunne opholde os i stueetagen, / / Derudover var der ikke gjort ordentligt rent, der var ikke støvsuget og lå affald fra tidligere lejers hygiejneprodukter både i soveværelse og stue (her sørgede jeres venlige personale dog for at der kom en rengøringsdame ud mandag), / Hvis der har været et tjek af huset mellem vores lejemål og tidligere lejers burde både varme og manglende rengøring være blevet opdaget,

Das Haus ist in einer besonders ruhigen Lage, sodass wir bei unsrem Aufenthalt viele entspannte Stunden auf dem Balkon und der Terrasse verbringen konnten, / Es ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht, Wie Dänemarktypisch sind die Matratzen eher weich als Hart, aber das hat uns nicht sonderlich gestört, / / Einen negativen Punkt haben wir dennoch, Kurze Zeit nach unsrer Ankunft, haben wir im nahelegenden Servicecenter bekanntgegeben, dass das größere Sofa im Wohnzimmer (scheinbar durch die Vormieter) durchgebrochen war, sodass sich das abendliche Sitzen zu 5, etwas schwierig darstellte, Es kümmerte sicher keiner um das Anliegen uns wurde dafür traurigerweise kein Rabatt gewährt, Das ist sehr schade, / / Abgesehen von diesem negative Punkt hatten wir einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub,

super wohnung, leider mit argen nachteilen

bei weitem zu wenige steckdosen; sauberkeit läßt zu wünschen übrig, WC-bürste sollte man auch benutzen und von zeit zu zeit erneuern; dunkle vorhänge in den schlafzimmern würden das licht der direkt vor dem haus stehenden straßenlaterne weniger störend wirken lassen; für nicht eines der im haushalt befindlichen geräte gibt es eine anleitung;

Tolle Lage/Diverse Erneuerungen und Austausch Teile notwendig.

Tolle Lage ! Sehr schöner Blick auf das Wattenmeer. Der Besitzer sollte verschmutztes Mobiliar dringend austauschen. Manches ist auch nur in die Jahre gekommen und hätte mehr Pflege verdient. Dan Center sollte bestellte und gut bezahlte Wäschepakete auch im Haus deponieren und nicht wie geschehen bei Ankunft persönlich übergeben. Ein Unding bei voll beladenem Kfz.
