The functional kitchen is equipped with all you need of domestic appliances and has an open connection to the dining section and living room. From here you can access the south/west facing terrace of wooden materials. There is galvanized table with granite table top + 6 chairs with seat cushions + 2 sunbeds with cushion There is an outdoor kitchen by the terrace. All rooms have a high-beamed ceiling and there is a great inflow of light all over. There is plenty of closet space in all rooms. The house is within walking distance of a golf course. There are wide doors without doorsteps, making this a wheelchair friendly house.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
