Coolwater Farm is a very unique property 25 minutes south of the happening town of Oxford Mississippi. This beautiful 600 private estate boasts 18 ponds/lakes all stocked with a variety of fish. Several of the larger lakes have boat launch sites available...all of the ponds offer great fishing from the shores. For those who like hiking and jogging the farm offers many well manicured trails interested in dog training, Coolwaer Farm ranks among top national level training facilities This is a great place to visit
