Ce lodge de luxe de 3 chambres à coucher est situé dans le South Lakeland Leisure Village, près du Lake District et des Yorkshire Dales, et encore plus proche d'Arnside et de Silverdale, des régions d'une beauté naturelle exceptionnelle.

Le Lodge peut être utilisé comme base pour explorer les environs ou vous pourrez passer vos vacances dans le village de loisirs lui-même. La station balnéaire de Morecambe se trouve à proximité, tandis que le lac Windermere et le monde de Beatrix Potter sont à seulement 25 km.

Le Holiday Lodge comprend une cuisine entièrement équipée avec un lave-vaisselle, un lave-linge et un four. Il a une salle à manger à l'intérieur et une à l'extérieur sur la terrasse.

Sur le côté de la loge et sans vis à vis est un bain à remous 6 personnes sous son propre Gazebo avec des rideaux de la vie privée.

La terrasse est orientée vers le sud et vient avec des meubles en rotin.

South Lakeland Leisure Village possède son propre lac qui permet la pêche et les bateaux / canoës non motorisés. Un centre de loisirs situé sur le site possède sa propre piscine intérieure, sa salle de sport et ses installations de spa. Le bar et le restaurant sont ouverts jusqu'à tard.

Average stay

Beautiful location with lots of good amenities. Issues with cleaning of the property. Needs some investment to fix loose boards and railings.

Thank you for taking the time to review your stay. I also received an email from yourselves which I responded to in detail. Cleaning of the property is completed by a professional onsite cleaning company that is adhering to all extra safety measures and cleaning standards because of Covid and this has been since the Lodge reopened. I checked this with the site Manager following your email and this is still continuing. After cleaning, the lodge is finished off with a full lodge spray to kill any germs prior to the next guests arriving. In response to the decking, as we reopened in April and as owners we weren't allowed on site at all during lockdown, the decking and railings were inspected and a couple of loose boards changed by the site management and safety team just prior to opening. In normal circumstances, before the season starts, the decking, railings are repaired, replaced and re-stained. So, yes, this is not to our satisfaction and the decking will be fully replaced in the off season, as was our intention. In response, following our conversation with Site manager a check was done on Saturday and this has been reported as safe and satisfactory. So again, many thanks for taking time to review and I hope you, otherwise, enjoyed your stay.

Weekend break

The property was as described - it was comfortable and situated in a nice location. All correspondence with the owners prior to the stay was helpful and responsive. The only slight negative is that the property could have been cleaner - most of it was clean enough but it had not been thoroughly cleaned .

Holiday Lodge in Carnforth

We all really enjoyed our stay at the Lodge it was well furnished and clean and the hot tub was great. Only problem was we booked the restaurant on site for a birthday dinner and we decided to walk to the restaurant. Unfortunately the site is quite badly lit and it was very dark on the walk back so consequently we got lost and had to knock on someone’s door for help finding our way back. Apart from that we had a wonderful stay and will definitely go back

Perfect girls getaway

Lovely accommodation with everything you need, and spotlessly clean, only thing I would say is that the third bedroom is a little too small for 2 adults, no room to move, ideal for kids, but it served it's purpose and the lounge area accommodation all 6 adults comfortably, we had a great weekend. Lovely food in the bar/restaurant but make sure you make a reservation in advance as its not very big inside and books up quickly. Perfect base for exploring the area.

Lovely lodge

The lodge was lovely. Really clean and spacious and very well equipped. Wifi didn’t work. The location - was lovely clean and quiet however nothing on the site not even a shop. The restaurant offers takeaway which we did enjoy in the Friday night as we got there late. We were only there for weekend so went along Saturday for takeout tea and was told unfortunately they were too busy to offer takeaway that night. Was advised to have a look in the village which was only a few minutes drive. This really wasn’t convenient at all with nothing else being on the site I had to get kids into the car in their pjs and go try and find something for tea. Sadly wouldn’t return to the site

Superb Property

I highly recommend staying here.. It was immaculate in cleanliness and facilities. The property was very spacious and had new linen and mattresses. Lots of extras were provided too. The check in and directions provided were very clear, and I would recommend staying here to anyone.

It was my wife's birthday surprise. (Originally for last year) had to rearrange twice due to covid, no problems. Owners always in touch. I thought the pictures didn't do it justice. Like a home from home. Site amenities were excellent. Will definitely be back

Beautiful lodge

This property was gorgeous, was well decorated and very spacious. The hot tub was lovely and all ready for us when we arrived. The owner was very promt answering any queries even though she was on holiday herself. Although we had brought every thing with us the little touches that the owner had left such as washing up liquid, dish washer tabs and even some board games shows she wants her guests to be comfortable and thinking of things that people sometimes forget. Really enjoyed our time there was quiet and like home from home. I would say this would be ideal for couples, groups or families with older children as we had a 18 month old and it wasn't really suitable for him with glass tables and easy access to cupboards and doors and fireplace with stones. But despite this would highly recommend and the owner was a delight to deal with compared to others we have been too

The lodge is just as described, beautiful comfy furniture, comfy beds and everything you need. Great location and great hot tub ! Only thing I would say is sone information in the lodge on local pubs restaurants, takeaways etc would be useful . But totally recommend this property !❤

Nice and peaceful

The lodge is as described on the site . Photographs are accurate. It was spotless , eveything you needed was provided for a pleasant stay. Bed was comfortable there were only two of us , so can only talk about the double. Hot tub was ready to use when we got there , although we only used it twice during are stay for a few minutes, if you like them it's big and well kept. The furniture , tv ect are really good high standard . The site was vere quite ,even though it was fairly full. We went walking around the Lake distict and down to morecambe , all within easy reach as was carthforth if you needed any shopping ,food ect. We found the booking easy , and finding the lodge ok , on the site , just follow the signs to the Avenue that its sites on . We didnt eat on the site ,( it was booked up ), but had a few drinks sitting outside with a few of the lake it wasn't expensive , staff were nice. I would highly recommend this for a chilled out stay.. Would definitely use again.

Relaxing Birthday Retreat

Pleasant stay in an immaculately clean cabin with a fantastic hot tub. No complaints at all, enough parking for 2 cars, spacious for our family of 5 (can accommodate 6). Excellent communication with host allowing us entry before allocated check-in as cabin was ready. On site restaurant providing takeaways with convenient click and collect service.

Family weekend break

Stayed for the first time at Dream catcher, found Zoe very helpful and accommodating especially when rearranging thanks to Covid. The accommodation was exactly as described, nice and clean with the added bonus of towels provided. We enjoyed the sunny terrace, well equipped kitchen and of course the hot tub.

The owners were really helpful and sent us all the information we needed to know.

The accommodation was really clean and well equipped and despite the wet and wild weather was warm and cosy. The roof over the hot tub was also a great addition enabling us to use it during our stay despite the weather.

Amazing property

Would highly recommend, in a great location and the property was well kept and very clean. Loved the hot tub and the property had everything you would need inside. Owners were more then happy to take my call with any information I needed and were always very friendly. Overall a great stay.

Because the key to the lodge was in a key safe I had to find the lodge first to get the key fob to get the car through the barrier at reception took about 45 minutes something you didn’t want after a two hour drive

Amazing getaway!

Me and my friends had an amazing time at the lodge, all sorted with short notice! Zoe and Daryl were great and showed us round everything when we got there. The lodge has everything you would ever need and was a lovely short break for us all!

Lovely family weekend stay

Easy booking process and excellent communication from the property owner. The lodge is lovely, especially the hot tub, which was a godsend as the weather wasn't the best. Ideally situated for the local attractions etc.

Wonderful lodge & location!

The lodge is a great size and has everything in it you need. The cleanliness was not great, that was disappointing, the bathroom in particular was not clean at all. The hot tub was a fabulous addition. We really enjoyed our stay as a family.

Lovely relaxing stay

Gorgeous spacious lodge - hot tub was great (but would have been better if it had curtains as shown on the picture). On site restaurant was lovely and decently priced. It would be nice if the listing could make it clearer that the gym/pool etc are not included in the price but cost extra. There is plenty to visit in the area. We hope to be back soon.

Fabulous weekend

Whilst we didn't take advantage of any of the facilities around the complex we had a fabulous time in the lodge and the hot tub was fabulous although a little colder on our second day. We had everything we needed in the lodge, it was clean, bright, airy and we enjoyed our stay, We also took our own food etc but there were starter packs which is a good idea. We would definitely stay here again
