Lakeland Dream is a Prestigious 2022 3 bed 2 bath lodge found within the five star resort of South Lakeland Leisure Village, a stunning lodge perfect for a relaxing break with family and friends.

The lodge is located in the area known as Lakeside, this is a tranquil area of the village, we are less than a minute’s stroll to the large lake and less than 5 minutes stroll to all the leisure facilities including the bar and restaurant.

At the side of the lodge there is ample parking for 2 cars.

Take a few steps up to the gated decked entrance of this lodge were you will find a very large decking area including two separate entertaining areas, here you will find a very comfortable 2 seater sofa set with 2 chairs and coffee table to enjoy your morning cuppa in the sunshine.

The second entertaining area is a large L shaped dining set at the front of the lodge which is secluded, here you will be able to enjoy a lovely cooked meal with a bottle or two of your Favorite wine.

As you step into the lodge you will find a utility room with a integrated washer dryer, cloak room and a range of cupboard space.

You will then enter a luxurious open plan living area with state of the art appliances and furnishings, here you will find a large 65’ smart TV with Netflix, also for a true cinematic experience we have included a sound bar, this area also has factory fitted ceiling Bluetooth speakers which you can link up to play your favourite tunes.

Rest your head on the generously comfy sofas as the electric fire creates a cozy ambiance for the night, the lodge also includes full gas central heating so you can enjoy any time of the year.

The spacious kitchen has a wealth of appliances including an oven & grill,
air fryer, large integrated fridge freezer, dishwasher and microwave, the must have’s kettle, 4 slice toaster, coffee machine with milk frother, all table and glassware, in fact everything you need and more for everyday use.

The dining area which overlooks the front decking has a large table and seating for six.

The king size master bedroom with 32’ smart TV & Netflix has stylish colourful décor and also includes a walk through wardrobe to your own ensuite bathroom with full bath and shower, so a lovely private oasis.

The second bedroom has a double bed, 32’ smart TV with Netflix, wardrobe and drawer space.

The third bedroom has twin beds, 32’ smart TV again with Netflix, wardrobe and drawer space.

Each bedroom has very comfortable beds.

The second bathroom is large with an enclosed walk in shower cubicle.

The lodge also includes private free Wi-Fi.

All bed linen, Extra large bath towels, hand towels are included and are hotel quality.

The lodge is self catering but we do offer free of charge an arrival welcome pack which includes tea, coffee, sugar, biscuits, J cloth, sponge, dish wash tablet, washing up liquid and two toilet rolls per bathroom.

No expense has been spared in making this a very comfortable home from home.
