Villa Perdomo, tranquila y cerca de todo

Villa Perdomo es una vivienda de dos plantas situada cerca de Las Coloradas, una de las mejores zonas de Playa Blanca, y muy cerca de las playas de Papagayo. Está a tres minutos a pie del paseo marítimo, lugar ideal para hacer footing, montar en bici o simplemente pasear disfrutando del mar. A quince minutos a pie está el puerto deportivo Marina Rubicón, donde encontrará una amplia oferta de tiendas, restaurantes, ocio nocturno, etc. Cerca de la casa hay supermercado, cafetería y parada de autobús con buena combinación para el pueblo.


La planta baja consta de:
-un dormitorio con camas gemelas y armario empotrado
-un aseo con ducha
-salón-comedor con TV pantalla plana, Satélite, Reproductor de CD, Reproductor de DVD, Radio.
-cocina totalmente equipada con lavavajillas, frigorífico y congelador, cafetera eléctrica, vitrocerámica, microondas, horno, hervidor de agua, tostadora, lavadora, plancha y tabla de planchar

La planta alta consta de:
-dormitorio principal con cama doble, armario empotrado, baño ensuite con bañera y terraza privada
-dormitorio con cama doble, armario empotrado y baño ensuite con ducha

En el exterior nos encontramos:
-piscina privada de 5m de largo y 3 de ancho, y una profundidad máxima de 1.60m.
-terraza amueblada con mesa + sillas, hamacas, ducha exterior y un práctico toldo para resguardarse del sol en las horas centrales del día o para almorzar al aire libre
-cuidado jardín

Playa Blanca es un antiguo pueblo de pescadores ubicado en la punta sur de Lanzarote y a solo media hora en coche desde el aeropuerto de Arrecife.

Property very clean good location, the pool could of been a bit cleaner and the sun loungers were dirty and old but overall we had a very pleasant stay and would definitely be coming back

Great Location

Overall, this is a great place to stay near Playa Blanca. Great location right outside Marina Rincon, grocery store right around the corner, and Antonio's Cafe down the street is a great place for all of your beverages from morning coffee to last call beers. Comfortable cozy house, responsive communication with the management, easy parking, quiet at night, comfortable beds, decently equipped kitchen. The only mark against it is that all 3 showers are in desperate need of some maintenance. Even with that, I would absolutely stay here again.

After a minor problem when arriving, everything was sorted straight away to our satisfaction. Management team very good and helpful. House in a good location, close to all amenities. Beds comfortable. We would certainly stay again

Spacious villa in a quiet area

Lovely spacious villa with an amazing pool. Supermarket just down the road. Very close to Rubicon marina but a car would be advantageous to fully explore this area. Taxis ranks were always busy. Excellent communication from Manuel in organising a taxi to airport. Also accommodating a late checkout.

Well appointed villa

The villa itself has everything you need, and was spotless on arrival. My wife and I felt at home straight away, the beds where comfortable and air conditioning was supplied in all the rooms which helped on the warmer nights. The location was a little further out than we usually stay but the evening walks to and from the Marina and Playa Blanca on the coastal path were nice (there are same fantastic views). The supermarket and taxi rank was less than 100m walk away Overall a great place to stay Steve & Tracy

Dieses Haus nicht erhalten...

Wir haben dieses Haus vor Ort nicht erhalten, da die Vormieter der gebuchten "Villa" Perdomo (eigentlich kleine Doppelhaushälfte) nicht abgereist sind wegen des Corona-Virus. Die Villa Rita war dann wirklich toll, grosszügig und auch gut gelegen.

Villa in playa blanca

We much enjoyed our stay. Manuel and team are very prompt at dealing with problems., and kindly returned a kindle left behind. Most of the issues mentíioned by other reviewers have been dealt with. The heating of pool is very expensive but it is warm. The villa would benefit by a few euros being spent on cheering it up. The crockery is mostly plain white, and more would be needed for a full house to benefit from the small dishwasher. We bought some jolly mugs in the market. The Tv is limited to Spanish channels . These are very minor niggles.

Location is great and the villa is spacious and clean. Wasn’t sent details of key box code due to technical problems so phoned the property manager who responded really quickly.

Nice Reasonably Priced Villa in a quiet Location on the outskirts of Playa Blanca

This was a return stay at the Villa so it was good to see some of the minor items we raised after our last visit had been addressed. We were a party of six with three generations, grandparents, parents and grandchildren two of each. The villa is located outside Playa Blanca which is a 20-30 minute reasonably flat walk away which might not suite some. However, there's a Hiperdino at the end of the street and for UK visitor a Iceland/Waitrose outlet two blocks away. The Management company, located in the same street as the villa provide an excellent service always happy to go that extra mile as well as responding quickly to any issues. The upstairs double bedrooms are a reasonably furnished, average size, having on-suite bathrooms, one with shower over the bath and the other having a small shower which some might find too small. There’s a safe in one with a small balcony. Downstairs there’s a third twin bedroom, also average size and a further bathroom with good shower. We would have preferred the twin beds to have been in one of the upstairs bedrooms as with two small children. The kitchen is reasonably furnished with cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle and two coffee machines. The kitchen table is quite small for 6 people when eating inside. The lounge has large corner settee, TV DVD player, radio and two other storage units. Outside the pool is great for having a cool dip and there’s six loungers (as per a previous guests comment, one is broken but was usable with care, so perhaps one for the owners to replace. There was also a comment about them being dirty, I think that’s a little harsh as the wind blows quite a bit and the dust will settle on them. Also beach towels are available upon request from the management company so shouldn’t be an issue.) The pool is cleaned regularly, at least twice weekly, again I’ve seen a comment about it being dirty but this is probably down to the wind blowing the dust (we had one very windy day and the pool looked a mess but it had been cleaned the previous day. However the pool man arrived the following morning to sort it out without us having to ask). To sum up the Villa, it’s a reasonably priced villa that’s reasonably furnished in a quiet location which is well managed.

Me and my husband had a fantastic holiday!

Villa was lovely, had everything you needed. Local shops round the corner. 10 minute walk to the Marina, where we had some lovely meals and evenings. Some of the bars/restaurants which we thought were close by, actually weren’t. Pool wasn’t clean when we arrived but once reported it was sorted the next day. Overall a fantastic 10 nights away and would definitely visit again.

Eine schöne Villa mit kleinen Mängeln

Wir waren zu zweit in der Villa, die einen guten Eindruck machte. Sie war sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Leider waren die beschriebenen Mängel der Vormieter , zB die defekten Stühle auf der Terasse, der nicht gut zu bedienende E-Herd und fehlende Möbel auf dem wunderschönen Balkon immer noch vorhanden. Der Sonnenschirm auf der Terrasse war auf dem Nachbargrundstück festgebunden damit er nicht umkippt. Der Pool war in den ersten Tagen sehr ungepflegt und wie sich herausstellte defekt. Schade, dieses Haus hätte ohne diese Mängel 5 Sterne von mir bekommen. Allerdings für 6 Personen würde ich das Haus nicht empfehlen, dafür ist die Küche gar nicht entsprechend ausgestattet. Hervorheben möchte ich die besondere Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft von Manuel, ein defekter Toaster bei Ankunft wurde sofort ersetzt,auf unseren Wunsch bekamen wir Handtücher für den Strand usw usw Herzlichen Dank dafür.

Muy buena estancia!

Pasamos una semana de vacaciones excelente. La casa esta muy bien situada a dos pasos del paseo que lleva a Marina Rubicon. La piscina, la barbacoa, etc muy bien y la casa bien tambien. Sin lujos pero bien! Un detaille : habia un poco de olor en el aseo y el agua qualiente tarda bastante en llegar. Pero repetiria sin problema.

Great villa, nice private pool,

Clean and well appointed, too far to walk into Playa Blanca, but there are good restaurants a 10 minute walk away. Sheltered garden which is great as it can be windy. Very convenient for the unspoiled Papagayo beaches which are about 10 minutes away up a dirt road.

Nice villa close to amenities in a popular area

Villa very clean and comfortable and has everything that you need to make a pleasing stay. Very close to local shop and about 15 min walk to marina where there are numerous bars, cafes and restaurants. Villa sleeps 6 in three bedrooms ( 2 with en suites upstairs) these are doubles. 1 twin bedroom downstairs with a bathroom nearby. The only downside is that some of the outside chairs need to be replaced as they are dangerous. The pool area is not the biggest but has 6 sun loungers. Had a few teething problems when we arrived but these were dealt with very quickly by the management company who are only at the end of the road. They were also very flexible with arrival and departure times.

Villa Perdomo is ideally located between Papagayo and Marina Rubicon

We were a party of 6 adults staying in Villa Perdomo over a period of 28 days. The internal and external spaces worked very well for us. We enjoyed the heated pool as we were very fortunate to have extremely good weather. We had one or two minor issues with equipment replacement during our stay but these were attended to extremely efficiently by the friendly Luna Villas Team. There is a good supermarket a 3 minute walk from the property and a bus stop with regular buses serving the resort a 5 minute walk away. We are already looking forward to planning our next stay at Villa Perdomo. M Jenkins and Friends

Nice Villa in a quiet location on the outskirts of Playa Blanca

We were a party of 4 adults and 2 small children (one 2 years old and one 5 months) so wanted a quiet child friendly villa. The villa was reasonably priced and in general comfortable and on the whole reasonably furnished. The three bedrooms were reasonably sized with built in wardrobes, two with double beds and the third downstairs one with two single beds. The two double bedrooms had on-suite bathrooms, one with bath and shower overhead, the second had a small shower which adults might find challenging. There was a third bathroom on the ground floor again with shower. Two cots and a highchair were provide for the children. The sitting room is not large but ok for up to 6 people with TV, free wireless internet is also provided and linked to the TV. Kitchen is small but ample for a holiday stay, with Cooker, kettle, toaster, coffee maker and large fridge freezer. Sufficient crockery for 6 people but limited pots for cooking (could do with a few more). Outside the pool (heated) is great for a dip and has steps to enter and exit with slightly deeper end nearer the house. There are 6 sun loungers together with table and chairs and pool towels are provided. The villa is managed by an excellent management company located at the end of the street and the pool was cleaned twice a week, the cleaners also came twice a week to change the towels and clean the bathrooms and sweep the floors, they changed the bedding once a week also. Whilst we were there the kettle broke and a quick text to the management company and a replacement one was delivered the following day. As we arrived late on a Saturday evening with two young children we asked if it was possible for some food to be purchased for us, the management company we most helpful getting the items we asked for. The only slight issues were the chairs for the poolside table need replacing (we saw a previous review picked up on this point) however they were in general usable but one was definitely unsafe to use and needs replacing. The other slight issue was with the cooker where the knob to set the oven to either grill, grill plus oven etc was not turning as per the markings and it was difficult to determine what parts of the oven were on and off. Also the rear left hot plate was not working correctly. However, these were minor issues given the price of the villa and I would not expect everything to be in tip top condition. We would certainly consider coming back again if we have the same number of people.

Needs some TLC

Dining furniture is old and tired - two of the chairs are held together by electrical tape. The balcony does not have any furniture on it to allow you to sit and enjoy a cup of tea and take in the view. On arrival the pool was in need of cleaning and the poolside shower did not work. Following a phone call the shower was repaired. After three phone calls the pool was eventually cleaned the following day. The satellite TV did not work and required another phone call to have it repaired. The shower in one of the double bedrooms is so small that even my daughter who is slim could not use it. To allow people to really enjoy this villa the owners need to invest some money in making more use of the outside space. The villa is in a nice area and a few minutes walk to the coastal promenade - 15 minutes walk to the marina which is really nice. The supermarket is two minutes away from the villa which is really handy.

Villa Perdomo, a perfect place to stay with everything you need within walking distance.

Villa Perdomo was everything we expected it to be. The property was clean with nice bedding and plenty of towels. The pool was lovely to dip into to cool off. The kitchen was well equipped, perhaps lacking a few essential items. The supermarket with fresh bread,fish,meat and salads,was less than a two minute walk away. The area was fantastic. A 15 minute walk down the paved path and we were in the Marina Rubicon full of wonderful restaurants,bars, shops and beautiful yatchs. We tried numerous places to eat, whilst sitting on the harbour looking out across the sea,and we were never disappointed. Every Saturday and Wednesday the marina would hold a brilliant market with lots of leather, jewellery and clothes. Playa Blanca was also lovely place to also walk to with it’s lovely beach and cafes. The the Flag Ship Inn was a perfect English bar to stop for a drink on the walk home. We are already planning our next holiday in Villa Perdomo.
