Thank you Bob for your comments. We try really hard to have a clean place and make sure the kitchen has all the basics if you want to prepare a meal inside. Couldn’t agree with you more on the view, from our place just looking out all you see is the ocean.

Thank you for your comments. We try very hard to keep the place nice and functional and sometimes that gets hard when you only have a few hours between guests coming in. We will continue to update throughout the Winter months to be ready for 2026.

Thank you so much for your kind words. Its hard to try and provide a place that we would stay in ourselves at anytime when you are not there every day to make sure everything is working properly. We do have some good people working with us to ensure that the property stays in top shape.

Ok I never, ever respond to these types of things. Look at our reviews over the last 5 years. We like everyone rely on a cleaning service that has 4 hours to turnover. We don’t use bath mats at the beach but I ordered some “just for them” the chaulk was dirty not the tub/shower, but my favorite was the TV, they must only have 3 channels from where they are from, you do have to turn on the cable box to get “all the channels”. They also told me they usually get a place here for less, which this time of year is impossible. Sand on the floors, you are on the beach, and yes I refunded the deposit and didn’t get by that night to a family medical emergency and I will not apologize for that. They got that money back”underserved” but you see what that got me. Look my all my reviews and judge for yourself. Just an FYI if you rent units out, I would recommend a pass on this one.
