Apartment of 130 square meters with 3 bedrooms. It sleeps 6 comfortably and is equipped with everything you will need for a comfortable, relaxing holiday. comfortably accommodate 6 people.

It is located on the top floor (third) of a small characteristic building.

The apartment is very bright. Living rooms, you will enjoy a magnificent view.

Guests can enjoy the terrace with outdoor furniture for dining with views of the valley, the coastal landscape and the sea.

The apartment is in the historic center of Salobrena and is located 15 minutes walk from the beach of Salobreña, area of ​​"La Charca" and 5 minutes walk from shops, restaurants, the municipal market or even supermarkets .

Salobrena is a typical Andalusian town and a great place to discover Andalusia:

- Beaches of Motril, Almuñecar, Nerja, Cahlonda ... nearby
- Málaga (1h): its monuments, museums and shops.
- The Alhambra, Sierra Nevada and Granada are also 1 hour from Salobreña.
- For skiers and hikers: only 1 hour to get to the winter sports resort of Sierra Nevada
- Almeria and Gato Park is 1 hour 30 minutes

The apartment is also accessible without a car, as there are regular bus services between Salobrena and all major cities and sites.

We wish to welcome our guests in the best conditions. Cleaning fees are to be paid on site and are 60 euros per stay.

A security deposit of 250 € will be requested upon delivery of the keys and will be returned at the end of the stay.

Great stay in this apartment

I have stayed in Salobrena many times and this apartment has been one of the best. Located in the old town close to local shops and supermarkets. The apartment is on the 3rd floor and the parking is difficult so will not suit all. We would definitely stay here again

El apartamento está muy bien, limpio y amplio, pero lejos de la playa y con una cuesta para llegar y un tercero sin ascensor. No recomendable para ir con niños o adultos con poca movilidad

Aunque alejado de la playa y con difícil aparcamiento (porque es un bonito barrio histórico con buenos restaurantes), el apartamento está impecable, muy bien preparado, cuidando los detalles prácticos y estéticos, muy amplio y luminoso. Y el trato personal muy agradable y fácil.

Hell, gemütlich, zentral gelegen mit fantastischem Ausblick

Die perfekte Unterkunft - wie in der Beschreibung, sehr geräumig, gemütlich und hell, sehr sauber, sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, riesige Sonnenterrasse, ruhig und mit wunderschönem Ausblick auf Meer, Berge und Altstadt. Einfache, nette und unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit Host. Man ist schnell zu Fuß in der Alt- und Innenstadt. Strand ca. 15 Gehminuten entfernt. Eingeschränkte Parkmöglichkeiten vorhanden. Einziges kleines Manko - nicht auf den ersten Blick erkennbare zusätzliche Kosten für Reinigung 60€ und Kaution von 250€ (die man problemlos zurückerhält, wenn man keine große Schäden hinterlässt). Sie werden nicht direkt bei der Buchung abgezogen sondern vor Ort beglichen und stehen ersten ganz unten in der Unterkunftsbeschreibung. Wenn man die Beschreibung nicht komplett durchliest, überliest man dies leicht und ist dann etwas überrascht. Trotzdem empfehlen wir die Unterkunft zu 100% weiter und kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Sehr schön , gute Lage tolle konfortable Wohnung . Schöner Strand. Nur die 60 Euro extra für die Entreinigung hatte uns überrascht, da diese in der Rechnung nicht mit angemerkt wurde. So das der Angegeben Preis dann nicht stimmte.

Sehr schönes Apartment mit herrlichem Ausblick

Ein sehr großzügig diemensioniertes, sauberes und helles Apartment mit drei Schlafzimmern, geeignet für eine ganze Familie. Nur für Senioren sind die drei Stockwerke ohne Aufzug etwas mühsam zu besteigen. Wenn das Parking in der Nähe nicht geklappt hat, haben wir einen öffentlichen und fast leeren Parkplatz benutzt (in der Avenida Motril), der zu Fuß in 6 bis 10 Minuten zu erreichen war. Zusammenfassend waren wir sehr zufrieden mit unserer Unterkunft und der Betreuung.

Buena gestión y comunicación desde antes del viaje. Se pusieron en contacto días antes para organizarlo todo. A la llegada estaban esperando, sin esperas. El piso estaba en perfecto estado y limpieza. La ubicación está en el centro del pueblo. Calles estrechas. No es fácil aparcar cerca. Por otro lado es el encanto de la ubicación. El piso tiene unas vistas fantásticas, con buena ventilación, no nos hizo falta usar el AC. Estuvieron siempre disponibles para lo necesario. Recomendable
