Welcome to our beautiful house in the heart of wonderful Stockholm archipelago and with only 45 mins by car, or 50 mins by direct bus, to Stockholm city.

The house is ideal both for summer and winter holiday breaks on beautiful Hölö with walking distance to the sea (400 meters), shop, bus and family friendly sandy beaches. Walking distance also to Stavsnäs, a picturesque village with supermarket, sand beaches, a great cafe, and also the largest harbour hub in the islands throughout the archipelago.

Main house consists of three BR which comfortably sleeps 7 people, a living-room, kitchen and bath-room w shower. Guest house has 1 BR (2 beds), basic kitchen, and living-room with sofa bed.

Main house kitchen is fully equipped with oven, fridge, refrigerator, microwave oven and dishwasher.

We truly believe that you will especially appreciate our conservatory, directly adjacent to the house with floor heating and glass windows, as a perfect spot for late dinners with direct access to the nature just outside, even during winter time.

Beautiful Home and Stay

This was our first stay in Stavsnas, and it was great! The home was exactly as described with all the necessary amenities to make our family of 5 comfortable. The nearby bakery was a great spot to walk to and enjoy a lunch and ice cream. We hope to visit this home, again! Communication was very easy and clear with the home owners, as well.

Short stay

We visited this property after a week in Stockholm, hoping for a “chill out”. We were not disappointed. It is really well located and easy to get to on public transport. The local facilities are good. It is a really nice family home in a quiet location. It has a very warm feeling about it which we very much enjoyed. Thank you.

An Idylle nicht zu überbieten.TOP!Super schönes Ferienhaus.

Wir hatten wundervolle 5 Tage diesen Herbst in diesem wunderschönen Haus verbringen dürfen, inmitten des Waldes gelegen. Lage ist wirklich etwas besonderes, so wie man sich seinen Schwedenurlaub vorstellt. Es war alles da, von der Küche angefangen (Salz, Mehl, Öl, Grundnahrungsmittel vorhanden), über die Stirnlampe, bis hin zum Regenschirm. Das Kaminfeuer loderte angenehm bei den kühlen Temperaturen. Die Nähe zu Stockholm (40min) war prima. Vaxholm ist mit der Fähre (umsonst) auch ein Abenteuer wert. Supermarkt waren wir bei Lidl in Gustavsberg. Die Bäckerei im Ort muss man besuchen. Stavsnäs ist ein romantisches kleines Örtchen, wo man gut Urlaub machen kann. Mietwagen jedoch braucht man. Von den Vermietern haben wir gar nichts mitbekommen, bis auf den guten Austausch vor der Anreise. Ein kleiner Minuspunkt war, dass es nicht so gut geputzt war vor unserer Anreise, wo wir aber gut drüber hinweg sehen konnten. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können es besten Gewissens weiterempfehlen. Summer in Sweden

We enjoyed the house and the surrounding very much. We had a great time there. Contact with Torbjörn was fine. He is a good host with a nice house. Tolles Ferienhaus mit viel Platz und schöner Einrichtung

Das Haus ist sehr gut geeignet für Familien und Freunde .Gute Lage , viel Wasser in der Nähe . Sehr gute Küchenausstattung. Sehr gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter .Besonders hat uns die große Terrasse mit viel Platz zum Sitzen und Essen gefallen .. Auch die Anbindung an Stockholm ist sehr gut . Super ausgestattes Haus in ruhiger Lage

Das Haus ist hervorragend ausgestattet, sei es die tolle Sonos-Anlage oder der große Fernseher, der Weber-Grill oder das schöne Geschirr, vom geschmackvollen Design ganz abgesehen. Die Lage ist toll, absolute Ruhe, kleiner Supermarkt um die Ecke, das Meer fußläufig erreichbar, kleines Einkaufszentrum mit großem LIDL in Gustavsberg (20 km), nach Stockholm fährt man 45 km. Torbjörn hat eine Mappe mit interessanten Ausflügen hinterlegt und auf jede Frage sofort reagiert - bei einem Problem mit der Waschmaschine hat er sich eigens von Stockholm auf den Weg nach Hölö gemacht. Für alle ABBA-Fans sei angemerkt, dass Björn Ulvaeus nur zwei Kilometer entfernt ein Haus auf der Insel hat.

Entspanter Urlaub

Das Objekt ist schön gelegen im Stockholmer Schärengarten. Gute Verbindung mit dem Auto oder dem Bus nach Stockholm (50 Minuten). Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im nahelegenden ICA Vorort oder in dem 20 km entfernten Max ICA in Gustavsberg. Nahe Fährverbindung nach Sandhamn oder ab Sollenkroka auf die Insel Majö. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Unsere Anfragen vor und während unseres Urlaubes wurden jeweils zeitnah beantwortet. Stockholm ist immer eine Reise wert und lässt sich mit der Lage des Hauses sehr gut mit der wunderschönen Natur verbinden.

Lovely stay on the archipelago

The house has a very cute Swedish charm and is located in an idyllic environment close to the see. The house owner was very nice and responded immediately to any questions asked. Due to a short notice cancelation of our original vacation house, we had to find another option within a day. And Torbjörn called me back two minutes after our reservation was made to confirm the booking and discuss the details. He was very accommodating to our needs. We loved our week there! Any time again!

Beautiful solitude

Very peaceful location, lots of lovely walks from the house, several beaches (mostly small, but deserted) within easy walking distance. Water temperature as expected but crystal clear waters, very good for swimming. The house is in a lovely setting, with granite boulders literally rising out of the decking. It is surrounded by trees but still has a sunny aspect. The owner is a pleasure to deal with and answered any questions we had quickly. The town itself is an interesting mixture - the port area stands alone and is charming in its own way. The boat to Sandhamn is a nice, easy day excursion (and in fact we went twice). There is a more modern part south of the main road which seems a little out of character with the area, north of the main road however is the village proper and it oozes charm as you wander its quiet streets. The jewel is of course the bakery - the baked goods themselves are nice, but it is the lunches I went back for more often. Very reasonably priced by any standard and delicious. One thing to note is that the ICE in town is quite expensive and not that well stocked, by supermarket standards. It was our first pit stop and is absolutely fine for day to day groceries but we found it preferable to buy provisions near Gustavsberg where the selection is vast, prices cheaper and quality good (there is also a Systembolaget there which is the closest to the house).
