We had a wonderful holiday in the house.

There was everything we needed for two people. We really liked the area around Pollenca, it was the perfect spot to discover the northern part of Mallorca. Pollenca itself is a very beautiful city with a lot of great restaurants.

The villa was wonderful with a great kitchen and plenty of crockery and cutlery. The extra touches like a welcome pack and having things like cling film and kitchen roll was a lovely surprise. Everything was clean and tidy and there was loads of space for the 2 of us. We loved sitting under the olive trees in an afternoon to get some dappled shade as it was very hot while we were there.

Very comfortable and clean property with good amenities. Pep was unable to meet us but did send video instructions on how to find the villa which were very useful. It's about a 20 minute walk into the centre of Pollenca which has numerous and verygood restaurants. There is a large local supermarket Eroski from which you can buy all your groceries.

The accomodation was really great. It is a bit outside of Pollenca

The accomodation was really great. It is a bit outside of Pollenca (20 min by feet to city center), but so it is a very calm neighbourhood and you can relax very good. Pep was super nice and whenever we had an issue, he answered quickly. The area where the house is located, so there are Fig trees and lemon trees around. I can really recommend it. Moreover, Pollenca is a super nice village with a lot of restaurants and shops and beautiful nature around.

Worth it

This house is a great holiday rental for anyone looking for a great Mallorca experience! We spent 1 week at this house and we can guarantee you will have a good time. The villa is close to Pollenca where you will find lots of good restaurants andshops. Also, the beautiful beach Playa de Formentor is worth the 30 min drive. WIth 4 bedrooms and 5 baths, there is plenty of room for 2 families + kids. Pep is a great host and provided local tips and was easy to communicate with both before and during our stay. Very service-minded and gave us advice on what to explore on the island. I will highly recommend this house and Pep and hope to come back soon!

Great villa and location

Great villa perfect for a couple, it's furnished with modern furniture. The TV is a smart TV with Netflix and prime. The kitchen is well equipped. There are two coffee machines ones a filter and ones a nespresso. There's a fridge with small freezer and a dishwasher. The supermarket is a 15 minute walk (Lidl and Eroski) the Eroski is more of a proper supermarket than Lidl although we used both. You will need a euro coin to use a trolley at both. The town centre is also 15 to 20 minutes walk and there is a big market on a Sunday morning. Porta Pollensa is 10 minutes car drive away. The villa has a lovely outside space but beware that Spain has mosquitoes, we kept the door pulled too and all the windows closed to avoid them getting in. We really enjoyed our stay here and would come back to this villa should we return to Mallorca.

Schöne kleine Villa

Platz für ein Pärchen absolut ausreichend. Küche ist groß und alles an Ausstattung vorhanden, jedoch nur 2 Kochfelder, was bei der Essensplanung berücksichtigt werden sollte. Schöne Terrasse und Garten, wo man gut verweilen und essen kann. Grill auf der Terrasse kann auch genutzt werden. Klimaanlage funktioniert.

En voyage, comme à la maison

La villa est bien située dans la campagne de Pollença, à environ 15 minutes de marche du centre-ville et à 20 minutes d’un super-marché. La villa est tranquille et les espaces intérieurs sont généreux pour un couple, on s’y sent très bien. La villa était très propre et les indications pour s’y rendre sont très claires. La cuisine et la villa sont relativement bien équipée, mais assurez-vous de vous apporter notamment des capsules de café Nespresso et du papier hygiénique puisque ce n’est pas fourni par l’établissement. Autrement, préparez-vous à faire la chasse aux insectes à l’intérieur de temps à autre rappelez-vous que vous serez en campagne au milieu d’un jardin d’oliviers!

Très jolie maison extrêmement bien agencée. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner, salle de bain très propre et très chouette jardin avec barbecue. Il y a également une machine à laver le linge et la vaisselle. Bon accueil avec une bouteille de vin rouge et de l 'eau. Bonne communication , facile à trouver ...tout s'est déroulé sans problème. Le highlight était sans doute les visites du chat du voisin, câlin et joueur qui nous a fait un peu oublier l'absence du nôtre! à recommander sans hésitation.

La llegada fue súper fácil y muy bien guiada por los anfitriones. La casita es muy mona, perfecta para dos personas, y cuenta con una cocina muy bien equipada. Cuenta con dos supermercados grandes muy cerca (Lidl y Eroski) y la localización está muy bien para ir a muchas calas, rutas de senderismo y lugares de interés en general.

Muy bien ubicada, a 10 minutos andando de Pollença, en medio del campo, en una zona muy tranquila con vista a la sierra de Tramuntana. La casa tiene todo lo necesario, fuimos con nuestro bebé de año y medio y nos pusieron trona y cuna de viaje perfectamente equipada. Muy recomendable!!

We enjoyed a lot

The villa is situated near Pollensa and has picturesque views of the countryside. The villa was easy to find and it was easy to drive there from the airport thanks to the motorway and larger roads to Pollensa. The host provided clear communicationwith information on accessing the key and entering the villa. The villa was super clean on arrival and we enjoyed the outdoor space in the morning and evenings (during the day we were exploring the island). One can walk to the village in about 15 minutes where there are many restaurants. Top tip: it's probably better to walk than try to drive down the narrow streets in the village. Also a short drive away are grocery stores. A big thanks for making our stay comfortable and enjoyable! Would definitely recommend the villa for couples looking for a relaxing holiday.

Great experience!!

Great experience!! The house is comfortable, well equipped and very well located, not far from many great beaches (Cala Molins, Cap Formentor etc..) and nice cities. The house stays fresh even during warm days, we slept wonderfully well thanks tothe freshness of the house and the air-conditionning. We totally recommend this house!

Wir hatten wunderschöne Tage hier verbracht. Man kann hier sehr gut kochen mit der Küche und draußen grillen geht auch. Klimaanlage funktioniert auch super. Die Lage ist auch sehr gut, man kommt schnell zum Lidl oder Eroski. Auf jeden FallMückenspray mitnehmen!

We had a very nice stay. The area is nice, quiet and close to the town of Pollenca. The house has a great terrace with a lovely view to the mountains, where you can relax during the day. It was smaller than it looks in the pictures, especially theliving room. There were also some smaller things which can be improved (toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher tablets…). Overall it was a great stay and we can definitely recommend it.
