Amazing property next to a fantastic host. Totally private and spacious. Lovely deep pool. 5-10 minute drive to great towns like Port de Pollenca, Pollenca town, and Vicenç. Our host was very thoughtful and considerate, making our stay incredibly comfortable.

Amazing in so many ways

We had 9 nights stay in this amazing original House in Pollenca. We were welcommed by the sweetest host Antonia, who was helpfull and very kind. The House, sourroundings and facilities are just perfect. The cleenliness was above standard, Thank you for that! We Will fore sure visit Antonias place again.

Wonderful location

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful little house. Set in pretty gardens and grounds, the house was really well appointed with everything we needed for our stay. We loved the open plan layout of the living, dining and sleeping area, and the full glazed front and side gave maximum views of the pool, terrance and gardens from every angle. Although we didn't use it, the tennis court was also available and there were rackets and balls provided. The outside seating and lounging areas were really comfortable, with options to eat and cook outside with both the built in barbecue as well as a portable option if we wanted it. The kitchen has most things, but perhaps slightly limited should you want to do more cooking - not a problem for us as we always intended to eat out most of the time! We were there during one of the most severe storms the island had seen in decades, and although it was quite the experience, knowing our host was keeping in contact with us and checking we were all okay, was really nice. Would definitely stay again!

The Perfect Retreat

From the moment we were welcomed by Antònia we knew we had found somewhere very special with a very special host. The villa is a haven for 2 with every amenity and many thoughtful touches from Antònia to greet you - water to refresh in the fridge, a bottle of local wine to enjoy with dinner, even a glove with the bbq to save accidental burns ! Everything is spotless and to the highest standard. The grounds to the villa are extensive and immaculate. The crystal clear pool is wonderful for a relaxing dip or a more strenuous swim, while playing tennis ( equipment provided if you need it ) in the cool of the evening meant we could justify sitting with a glass or 2 of cava watching the sun setting behind the mountains. The ideal romantic setting for our 50th wedding anniversary! It was an unexpected bonus to learn that we were staying in the grounds of the estate purchased by Antònia’s father, the renowned modern Spanish artist Joan Beltran Bofill and to discover his beautiful work, some examples of which are hanging in the villa . A real treat. Although the villa is well situated for trips to the coast, the mountains , Pollensa Town and even Palma we could not bring ourselves to stray far from our retreat with little to disturb the peace other than birdsong. Antònia is a warm, attentive and discreet host who responds immediately to any queries and is focussed on making sure that her guests have a restful and relaxing stay. Thank you Antònia. We can’t wait to come back next year.

Fantastic and unique home that felt like a private resort for two.

My wife and I spent 12 nights at Ca Na Catalina and from the first moment until the last moment it was exceptional. Antonia is a gracious and helpful host. There was never the slightest hint of a problem with the property. The grounds were much larger than expected and lovely to walk through in the mornings and evenings, with views of the small mountains in the background no matter what direction our eyes pointed. The home, built around the original bbq area of the estate, was perfect size for two and had a very open layout with wrap around glass windows and sliding glass doors that made the house feel quite large. The decor was simple and tasteful with lovely pieces of artwork. Just beyond the sliding doors, three steps to be exact, was a very large and unique pool with smooth mosaic tiles as it’s surface. The changes in depth from shallow to areas with more depth were designed like no other I had experienced. As a tennis player, the addition of a nicely kept tennis court was special and unusual. The house lies almost equidistant between the Old Town and the Port on a pretty country road not far off the M-2200 road. It was slightly closer to Pollensa. We elected to rent Electric Bikes after a few days of walking. Overall I can’t imagine having a much better experience. We will return. (Oh. And if you go, please buy apples to feed the cute miniature horse just across the street! He is spoiled!! Haha)

An absolutely beautiful place to stay. Close to Pollensa, Port de Pollensa, and Alcudia with wonderful views of the mountains. The villa is well placed for markets, coast, cafes and restaurants but to be honest, you’d be nuts not to spend time just enjoying the calm and privacy of Ca Na Carolina. The only drawback was the ever presence of tiny ants that got everywhere, making it essential to keep all foods in the fridge at all times. It was not a big enough problem to spoil our holiday and Antònia did her best to sort them out.

Wir haben diese wunderschöne Finca sehr genossen. Mit viel Liebe von Maria dekoriert und eingerichtet. Die Lage ist optimal man ist in wenigen Minuten am Meer sowie in den schönen Altstädten von Pollença und Alcudia. Tolle Vermieterin freundlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Vielen lieben Dank für die tolle Woche

Excellente base pour visiter Majorque

Maison très confortable, spacieuse,très joliment meublée, parfaitement entretenue (intérieur et les extérieurs). Aucun équipement ne manque pour deux. Le tout, au calme, dans la campagne, mais à 5mn en voiture des commerces de Pollença, et 10mn de Port de Pollença. Une très bonne base pour découvrir la Sierra Tramontana, de Sollers au cap Formentor au Nord, Alcudia , la côte Est et ses plages, ou les grottes du Drach, plus au Sud, puis rentrer et profiter de la superbe et très grande piscine. Très bonne communication avec M.Antonia et accueil parfait, merci à elle!

Charming peaceful villa

Visually charming, and a lovely peaceful relaxing place to chill and unwind. A lovely traditional villa with many modern features. We loved our stay here. The only downside was that the pool was getting lots of insects in it. Antonia was a wonderful host.

On August there were more than usual. Anyway, the pool water complies 100% quality indicators parameters. Based on public health reasons and the recommendations of the World Health Organization. Lovely villa, lovely location

We really enjoyed our stay. Very clean, quiet location and great to have a tennis court. Conveniently located between Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa. Tramuntana mountains close by with some good walks. We would definitely return.
