Sustainable romantic retreat in a quiet location with mountain views

Tastefully furnished house in Moorish style with a large living room with fireplace, gallery and an open kitchen. Throughout the house there are terracotta floors with underfloor heating, making it ideal for colder seasons. The up to 6 meters high living room is furnished with two sofas, fireplace, flat-screen TV, DVD player, an open dining area and direct access to the garden. The open-plan kitchen also offers refrigerator, freezer, cooker with ceramic hob and oven, dishwasher, microwave, espresso machine, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc.
In the gallery there is a cozy reading corner with a small terrace with mountain views and a bedroom for two with fitted wardrobes. The directly adjoining bathroom has a bath with shower and double sinks and windows.
On the ground floor there are two further bedrooms with direct access to the terrace and a bathroom with window. Two bedrooms feature a flat-screen TV.
The house is surrounded by a absolutely private garden and two terraces with wicker-sets and sun loungers and parasols and romantic lighting and barbecue.
The house is equipped with telephone and Wi-Fi, it has a washer and dryer.

Nice clean property in a quiet location within 15min walk of the beach and local hills. Situated between Porto Pollença and Pollença which is an ideal base to explore the North of the Island by car or bike.

C'an Faber House in Cala San Vicence

My family and I recently stayed for a week and I must say the house exceeded all of our expectations! Our flights were late in the day and we were warmly welcomed by the excellent housekeeper even considering a post 11pm arrival time! Everything was perfect, the amazing garden the spacious accommodation and the incredibly well stocked kitchen, every item you need and not to mention every type of coffee making machine going, a marvel. The pictures do not do the living space justice, the downstairs and upstairs spaces are really well proportioned and afforded TV's with all relevant apps, not that we needed them as the weather during our stay was spectacular. The downstairs bedroom is equipped with a ceiling fan to keep you cool during the warm nights and runs quietly so you don't notice its on. The main living area and upstairs bedroom has AC should you need them. The real gem though is the garden equipped with lighting and excellent garden furniture to sit on during the evenings and sunbathe on during the day. The garden has plenty of natural shade should you need it. We really enjoyed our stay in the little town, plenty of places to eat and drink and the local beach is perfect for swimming and chilling out. Certianly one of the best places we have stayed in and with the excellent cycling nearby I am cerain we will be back.

Beautiful spot - but…

The house & spot look lovely… but… Upon arrival damp smell, especially in the kitchen & pantry area, as well as the bathrooms. Didn’t change, even after 4 weeks of open windows & fresh air. Roof and windows revealed to be badly leaking during the storm as well as the rainshowers. Ants & cockroaches on the floors : I couldn’t even leave my dog’s food out. The 3rd bedroom features a small bed and cupboard, but is not usually used as a bedroom (no decoration, not a cosy area to be in). It seems to be more of a storage room and harbours a slight smell of petrol/oil… due to the nearby heating probably. The garden area is not a closed off space : you can easily see & step through the bushes from the streets. Wild cats get in & out very easily. Not a space to safely keep your pet. We even had a human visitor at night, that my dog quickly shooed away. After that moment I had a hard time feeling safe. At least the house features running water now… after 3 days of endless discussions with the owners, they had a watertank installed and the pressure and debit were/are fine. All in all a very disappointing and way too costly experience.

Tolles Haus in schönem Ferienort

Die Ferien hier haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Haus ist wirklich sehr schön und hat alles was es braucht. Der Weg zum Beach im Dort ist überschaubar und etwas weiter mit weg hat es auch grössere Sandstrände (Pollenca, Alcudia, Muro). Die Gegen im Norden von Mallorca ist auch toll.

Pleasant and Relaxing

We really enjoyed our month-long stay. The house and garden are actually nicer than the photos show. Being near the beach and hiking trails was great. It's a very low-key part of the island. The only negative is the AC. The loft bedroom became unusable as the temperature rose.

Wunderschönes Haus

Wunderschönes Haus mit toller Gartenlounge und großartiger Kücheneinrichtung. In echt war alles noch viel schöner als es auf den Bildern wirkte. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit. Der Ort hat alles was man braucht und zwei wunderbare Bade- und Schnorchelbuchten mit Kanu- und Standup-Paddelverleih direkt am Strand. Wir werden gerne wieder kommen.

Perfect

My wife and I were looking for a home from home to relax during our holiday and we definitely found it here. The property is on the edge of the resort so nice and peaceful with a lovely lush feel to it with trees and mountain views. The living accommodation was as described and very comfortable. We loved relaxing in the garden where it was nice and private and nice areas of shade or sun. The upstairs terrace was great for catching the last rays of sun before it dipped behind the mountains. Over all I would thoroughly recommend this property.

Fünf traumhafte Tage im Mai 2018

Wir hatten hier in der Finca und in Cala Sant Vincenc fünf traumhafte Tage. Die Finca, vor allem die Küche ist mit allem bestens ausgestattet. Uns fehlte hier Nichts. Das Haus ist sehr sehr sauber. Immer wieder entdeckten wir neue schöne wohnliche Details. Im Garten haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Alle drei Terrassen haben ihren Charme. Justyna hat uns am ersten Tag sehr nett und herzlich empfangen. Wir waren von allem beeindruckt und fahren zufrieden mit vielen schönen Erinnerungen zurück nach Deutschland. Gerne kommen wir wieder. Die zwei Silberhochzeitler

Super schönes Haus mit klasse Service in super Lage

Das Haus ist toll und liebevoll eingerichtet, auch der schöne Garten lässt an nichts vermissen. Als leidenschaftlicher Koch habe ich mich sehr über die gute Ausstattung der Küche gefreut, da kann man aus dem Vollen schöpfen. Die Betreuung vor der Reise und vor allem vor Ort lässt sich kaum besser gestalten. Die Lage ist perfekt für Ausflüge zu vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten und vielen schönen Stränden. Auch für den Wanderfan perfekt geeignet. Für eine schnelle Abkühlung sind die Strände im Ort ebenfalls toll. Klare Empfehlung von uns.

Wunderbar geschmackvolles Ferienhaus

Das Ferienhaus im Finca-Stil ist wunderbar geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bestens ausgestattet. Wir haben viel zuhause gekocht und waren wirklich begeistert über die gute Küchenausstattung (die in vielen Ferienhäusern auf Mallorca leider nicht selbstverständlich ist). Das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen und verfügt über einen zauberhaft grünen, sehr gepflegten Garten, in dem man im Schatten herrlich lesen kann. Nach einem 10-minütigen Spaziergang durch den schönen Ort erreicht man das Meer. In der Bucht schwimmt es sich für Erwachsene und Teenager wunderbar. Gleichzeitig ist die Bucht auch für kleinere Kinder sehr gut geeignet, weil der pudrige Sandstrand nicht zu steil ins tiefe Wasser führt. Die Kinder wurden nicht müde, unter Wasser mit ihren Taucherbrillen immer wieder nach den kleinen Fischen zu forschen. In der Bar direkt an der Bucht (Bar Mallorca) haben wir abends oft einen Aperitiv getrunken. Der Kontakt mit Frau Faber war sehr nett und die Dame, die uns vor Ort die Schlüssel überreichte, sprach sehr gutes Englisch, war jederzeit ansprechbar und ausgesprochen hilfsbereit.Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können das Ferienhaus Faber nur empfehlen!

A really beautiful home, fantastic location, great people to deal with! :)

Just got back from staying here, and we could not have been happier with the property..it really is a beautiful home...(and it really feels like home) ..absolutely everything you could possibly want/need especially if you are a keen cook like me...every utensil/pot/pan/coffee machine/two cookers/washing machine etc etc :) ..very well kept and in a most beautiful and quiet location (we specifiacaly wanted to be in cala san vincenc ..as the beach is stunning and the restaurants are fantastic ...it was very big for just the two of us, so perfect for a family or maybe two couples..the gardens are also lovely with many beautiful plants and ample chairs/tables and sunbeds ...please note there is no air conditioning in the property..however we have just stayed there in the middle of a big heat wave (unexpectedly in 40 degree heat in early june) ..but with the fans in the bedrooms and so much ventilation etc we were very comfortable so it was not a problem to us at all ....and we are very, very happy holidaymakers!!! :) thank you for making our holiday so wonderful and comfortable ..and finally just to add that the lady 'Justyna' who welcomes you to the property is a very lovely and helpful lady ..5 STARS and we are looking to go back soon if we can!! ...jenny & greg x

Schönes Haus mit naheliegenden Buchten zum Entspannen!

Alles TIPTOP!!! Von Beginn an sehr gute Informationen von der Vermieterin, nette Menschen und auch ein schöner Empfang mit der Vor-Ort Betreuerin des Hauses, Justyna. Wirklich alles zu empfehlen...Wir waren sehr zufrieden im geschmackvoll eingerichteten Haus und haben für das Frühstück und Abendessen die schönen um das Haus liegenden Gärten dauernd genutzt. Alles war da, es fehlte an nichts und zum Empfang waren sogar Getränke kaltgestellt.... Absolute Weiterempfehlung von Irene und Hans-Jürgen!

Ein Traumhaus

Das Haus hat uns verzaubert! Es ist wunderschön und mit vielen liebevollen Details gespickt. Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt und wollten gar nicht mehr fahren. Die Betreuungsperson vor Ort ist sehr nett und aufmerksam. Die Lage des Hauses ist ideal für Ausflüge zu vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten der Insel.

Propriété avec beaucoup de cachet et très bien équipée

Nous avons passé 10 jours en famille dans cette belle propriété non loin de la mer. Les points positifs que nous avons retenu sont: - la gentillesse de la propriétaire et l'accueil chaleureux de l'interlocutrice sur place - les divers équipements de la maison. Tout y est jusqu'aux petits détails qui rendent les choses plus pratiques: chaise haute, lit pour bébé, parasols, serviettes de plage et jouets pour enfants - les pièces très spacieuses - la proximité de la plage et de la mer bien entendu Les deux points sur lesquels nous émettons des réserves sont: - l'absence de volets pour toutes les fenêtres de la maison. Les enfants se réveillaient très tôt le matin à cause du soleil - la présence de villa avec piscines aux alentours Conseils pratiques: - pour accéder aux plages de Cala San Viçenç, il faut se lever très tôt le matin, car elles sont surpeuplées dès 10h en haute saison. - privilégiez si possible "Platja de Alcudia" ou "Platja de Muro", qui sont vraiment adaptées pour les couples avec enfants (sable fin, grands espaces, douches) - fermez toujours vos fenêtres durant votre absence et la nuit

Netter Urlaub

Das Haus ist eigentlich ganz schön. Unserer Meinung nach hat es aber keine fünf Sterne verdient. Das dritte Schlafzimmer ist nicht zumutbar, da sich nebenan der Heizungsraum befindet und es stark nach Öl riecht. Die Badezimmer müssen auch generalüberholt werden. Im unteren Bad lösen sich Fliesen von der Wand und die Armaturen haben haben ihre besten Zeiten schon lange hinter sich. Eine Klimaanlage ist auf jeden Fall im Sommer für das obere Schlafzimmer erforderlich.

Schönes und großzügiges Haus

Das Haus ist sehr schön und mit allem was man brauchen kann ausgestattet. Leider hat uns der Ort in dem es liegt nicht so gut gefallen. Das Haus selbst sowie sein kleiner aber sehr nett gestalteter und klug gegliederter Garten mit zweierlei Sitzgelegenheiten sind jedoch sehr schön und empfehlenswert.
