Perfect south end city location in Calgary's Douglasdale community just 8.5 miles to Spruce Meadows. 4 Bedrooms, 2.5 Baths, WIFI, Air Conditioning, Smart TV, Laundry, HUGE Kitchen, BBQ & Fire Pit! Close to all the shops and restaurants on 130 Ave SE! Quick drive to both Spruce Meadows and the South Health Campus and only 20 min to Downtown, Stampede Grounds and the Zoo.

As you enter this home you will see a tastefully furnished sitting room at the front of the house. The half bathroom and laundry room are just around the corner from the entrance.
You will find 4 large bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms on the upper level.

Comfortable mattresses , with fresh linens and warm bedding. We also provide soaps, standard toiletries and clean towels for your use during your stay.
The modern kitchen features new glass back splash and quartz counter tops along with java cabinets, and stainless steel appliances. There is a second living/family room just off the kitchen featuring a gas fireplace.
The southwest facing three tiered patio is accessible via the kitchen and allows for excellent entertaining! There is also a BBQ & fire pit in the backyard for those warm summer nights.
**PETS*** A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed in the unit. $25 Pet fee per night - Pet agreement to be signed upon booking and a $300 refundable pet deposit due at check in.
Please indicate ahead of time if you are travelling with a pet. Pet is not to be left alone in the home. Guests MUST AGREE to walk pet off property for potty breaks or use the provided dog run exclusively. Pet is NOT PERMITTED on any of the furniture in the home or on the bedroom level of the home. Guests must agree to this prior to booking.
All the living areas of the home are on the upper two levels. The basement is not accessible for guest use.
All bookings require a signed RENTAL AGREEMENT acknowledging house rules and community bylaws. This will be emailed and is required to be signed within 24 hours of booking.
As is standard, it's expected that you leave the house in the same condition upon which you found it. The included cleaning fee is so you get to walk into a fresh, sanitized, spotless, clean home. It's not for our cleaners to do your dishes or pick up your garbage, wipe nasty spills etc.
Our cleaners don't clean up after you, they clean, prep and sanitize FOR you.
*For booked stays longer than 2 weeks, bi monthly cleaning is required and will be added to the reservation. This includes floors, kitchen and bathrooms and is done in order to keep the house in tip top state through bookings of our long-term guests. Per visit cost is $175.00

Travel is a passion of mine so I've made it my career.
In the past 19 years I've visited 25 countries and counting. While they were all unique my favorite by far was Croatia. I'm a water baby at heart and was probably a fish in a past life. The beaches and sea in this country were stunning!
I also travel frequently to BC as that is where I grew up and never turn down a reason to go back. The Okanagan valley is one of a kind in the summer and has the most beautiful lakes to spend your summers at.
As a host my promise to you is that I will be as transparent and clear as possible while ensuring that there are always open lines of communication. I make every effort to make sure your comfortable during your stay and will always address any concerns with a smile and a solution!
