Evergreen Calgary townhome, 3 bedrooms, sleeps 6, 2.5 baths. Two minutes to a playground, twenty-minute walk to Fish Creek Provincial Park, ten minutes to Sobeys and Shoppers Drug Mart. Free private parking for 2, self check-in, quiet residential street.

King bed in the primary suite with ensuite soaker tub. Two more bedrooms with queen beds, sharing a full bathroom. Open-concept kitchen and living room with a gas fireplace, flat-screen TV, and large windows that bring in natural light.

Fully equipped kitchen — fridge, oven, stove, dishwasher, coffee maker. Upstairs laundry with washer and dryer. Private backyard off the living area.

Good for families or small groups who want space and quiet, still close to downtown Calgary, Spruce Meadows, and the mountains.

This place was exactly what we needed for our hockey tournament weekend in Calgary. Great location, quiet neighbourhood, close to arenas and other amenities. It was clean, well stocked and lots of space for us and our kids. Would stay here again!

Great location and home base. We made trips to the mountains and foothills and was very quick and simple to get to where we were headed! Thanks again for the lovely accommodations!

Fantastic place to stay. We unexpectedly had to come to Calgary for a family emergency. This was the perfect place for us. Well stocked, very clean, comfortable. The master bedroom mattress is the most comfortable mattress we've ever slept on. All the beds are comfortable. The driveway parking is great plus it has a garage to use! Close to everything. Very recommended.

We loved our stay at Prince's house. You can tell they put a lot of effort into decorating everything nicely. The stay was very easy and accommodating for us.

Great stay

The place is very nice, clean and tidy. Plenty of room for a family of four. The host responded to all our questions very fast and he was very nice and polite.

Nice property and location.

Lovely property, great host

This home is comfortable, well decorated and Prince was a very responsive host. I would rate it a 4.5 out of 5. Overall a great stay.

Cute house in a great location

We rented this house to be close to Spruce Meadows and it did not disappoint. The location was perfect, the house was clean and had everything we needed including very comfortable beds. Easy day trip to Bragg Creek, grocery store was minutes away and the owners were easy to work with. Would stay here again.

This is a great little house. It has all the amenities you need and is very clean and decorated really well. This is the second time we have stayed there and will be the property we will always check first for availability.
