Fantastic view

Brilliant view - lovely holiday - lovely villa - minus points of villa in no way impacted on us having a great holiday but may be worth noting for future renters -no oven - no air conditioning downstairs - 1 TV not 2 ( as listed) - very steep walk to/ from beach/ shops/ restaurants etc.

Wonderful view and location! The property is well equipped, although some things would need replacement. We had ants all over the place, one of the showers and beds are falling apart, which was a bit annoying for this amount of money... But all in all we had a great time.

Es war ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus mit Terrasse und kleinem Garten. Gianna danken wir für die freundliche Übergabe, es klappte alles reibungslos. Das Haus war tadellos sauber und gepflegt, sowie der hübsche Garten. Zu Fuß kommt man in 10 -15 Minuten zum Hafen und Meer. Es hat uns sehr gefallen! Das Einzige, was wir vermisst hatten, war ein W-Lan Anschluss. Wir würden dieses Ferienhaus, auch ohne W-Lan, in jedem Fall weiterempfehlen, denn es war wunderschöner Aufenthalt zum Entspannen! Check in und Check Out grauenhaft

Schönes Haus in bester Lage. Leider standen wir beim Check In, der aufgrund von Krankheit unsererseits erst zwei Tage später stattfand, vor komplett verschlossenen Türen. Keiner der Kontaktmenschen ging ans Telefon, bis wir nach einer halben Stunde glücklicherweise den Gärtner fanden, der uns das Haus aufschließen konnte. Nach einer weiteren Weile kam dann die Reinigungskraft und brachte uns Bettwäsche, etc. Der Ceck Out war noch besser: Es erschien niemand zum vereinbarten Zeitpunkt. Nach einer halben Stunde warten musste wir zu unserer Fähre fahren. Wir legten den Schlüssel somit in den Garten. Nachdem wir die Verwaltung in Rom (?) anrufen wollten, wurden wir abgewiesen auf italienisch und es wurde aufgelegt. In der FeWo- Zentrale in Frankfurt war zu diesem Zeitpunkt auch niemand erreichbar.

Une vue magnifique

Vue magnifique pour cette jolie maisonnette sarde. La propriétaire est très réactive et attentionnée. Un petit bémol pour la douche de la salle de bain du haut dont la cloison serait à changer, ainsi que la literie de la chambre parentale. Et attention à l'escalier un peu raide. Dommage qu'il manquait plusieurs produits de première nécessité. Accueil et départ très bien passés et faciles. Le petit village de Porto Ottiolu est vivant et agréable. Je recommande.

ein wunderschöner blick über hafen, ort und berge. die unterkunft bietet alles was man braucht und das bodenständig inkl. prima grill. angela, tiziana und mario waren sehr hilfsbereit und die kommunikation war immer freundlich und spontan. eine klare empfehlung.

Traumhaus in top Lage!

Wir haben unseren mehrwöchigen Urlaub in diesem schönen und gut ausgestatteten Haus mit Garten in absoluter top Lage und fantastischem Blick über Porto Ottiolu und das Meer sehr genossen. Wir waren schon öfters in Sardinien (Norden und Süden), aber das Haus in dieser Lage (mit Außengrill und Meerblick) sowie die Freizeitmöglichkeiten sind absolut top! Der Strand vor Ort ist gerade für Kinder ideal, aber auch größere top Strände wie Brandinchi, am Capo Comino oder Berchida sind schnell erreichbar. Auch Ausflüge in die Gallura, zu den Maddalenas, an den Golf von Orosei (Cala Luna und Cala Goloritze) sind von Porto Ottiolu aus zeitlich gut und angenehm machbar. Die Restaurants vor Ort sind bereits mit einem kurzen Spaziergang vom Haus aus erreichbar und bieten v.a. gehobene italienisch-sardische Küche bzw. können Restaurants, Bars und Märkte (v.a. abends) auch in Budoni und San Teodoro gut und schnell erreicht werden. Check-in und Kontakt mit der netten Gastgeberin waren top, auch die Nachbarschaft durchwegs nett und freundlich. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt, können dieses Haus nur empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!

Casa con vista mozzafiato

Abbiamo soggiornato qui a Porto Ottiolu per 8 giorni io, il mio ragazzo, mia sorella ed il suo ragazzo. La casa è pulitissima, fornita di qualunque cosa possa servire (dai piatti, al microonde, alla lavastoviglie, al condizionatore...). Inoltre la vista da casa è mozzafiato! La proprietaria è cordiale e disponibile nel rispondere ad ogni perplessità.
