The house is kept clean and well furnished situated in a quiet area with friendly neighbours. There are many places to visit including Dover Castle and White cliffs. The house is also well placed to host for individuals who are taking the ferry to france or Belgium. The house is comes with clean linens and towels etc so it is an expectation that all are expected to keep the house in good condition before they leave the property.

3rd bedroom was very dusty, and the bed was very uncomfortable. Messy/scruffy looking. Didn't feel open to the public, felt like we just borrowed someone's house that moved out for the day. Lots of complicated rules. Wouldn't stay there again. The pictures advertised are definitely NOT a reflection of the property.

DO NOT STAY HERE. After booking you'll get sent a barage of house rules, some of which are rediculous. Look at other reviews of the same house on B o o k i n g . Com We chose not to stay here even though it was non refundable. Zero reponse from numerous emails to the owner via VRBO. Even tried getting vrbo customer services to contact owner. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Extremely dirty

On the website are beautiful photos of this house. In truth, I have never been to such a dirty accommodation. If I had found another place to stay at short notice, we would not have stayed there. All surfaces were full of grease and dirt, you literally slipped in the kitchen and in the bathroom, there were holes in the falling wallpaper over holes in the wall, and the bed linen had certainly not been changed in a while. Later, when we were looking for a place to eat, we also realized what a bad neighborhood it was. You can't offer something like this to guests.

Meget gammelt of forfaldent. Dårlige senge, lys der ikke virker osv. Og det var ikke muligt at lave mad eller i det hele taget at spise der, for der er ingen skarpe knive, grydeskeer, glas osv. Badekarret er gået helt i stykker, toilettet kan ikke trække ud osv osv. Haven er et stort vildnis. Vi kan absolut ikke anbefale dette sted!
