The two-story house is located in a residential area, quiet and far from all the hustle and bustle we find in summer. The plot is 880 m² and 170 m² habitable.
The different terraces of the house provide both sunny and shaded areas. The large 11mx4m swimming pool is located right in front of the main terrace where you can enjoy fantastic dinners with wonderful views.
On the ground floor of the house, we find a spacious living room with an impressive height of almost 5 meters to the ceiling.
