Large 1 bedroom first floor flat with 16m2 terrace overlooking garden and the pool in a luxury residence built 7 years ago . Very good location , close to all amenities , bustop , supermarket , motorway exit A7 . The sea is few minutes by car , 0,8 km or by bus to Cannes la Bocca and Cannes
The residence is very tranquil , entrance is in a small side street , very secure the building is located in a garden , to enter only with a phob through the garden
