A very attractive, sunny flat with charming views of the hills to the east and pretty gardens (palm, olive and orange trees) and 1920's villas from the two balconies; It is in a quiet residential and sought-after area, yet right in the centre of Cannes, and only a few minutes walk from the famous Croisette and the seafront.it is on the 4th floor (with a lift), and has individually adjustable AIR-CONDITIONING THROUGHOUT. NOW with fast FIBRE OPTIC Internet and TV.

This apartment provides very luxurious accommodation for up to 4 people.
Master Bedroom is large with a king-size 1.80 m wide bed, en suite bathroom with WC, a sitting/study area, generous wardrobe space + west-facing balcony to enjoy the afternoon/evening sun.
The bureau/second bedroom (which can be closed off completely from the living room with sliding doors) is also large, has a comfortable sofa bed for two people, armchair and writing desk. Large wardrobe and east-facing balcony, and direct access to adjacent shower room with WC.

The double living room/bureau is very comfortable with sofa, armchairs, dining table, large TV, and bookcases, and opens onto a long balcony, facing east, to enjoy the sun from first thing in the morning until noon, or the shade in the afternoon . The fully equipped kitchen also opens onto the east-facing balcony. A shower-room with large shower, washbasin and WC with direct access from the bureau/second bedroom and a 3rd independent WC complete the accommodation.

A secure private parking space is INCLUDED !

It is just 8 min walk from the seafront (La Croisette), 5 min walk from the smart shops in rue d'Antibes, and exactly a 9 min walk from the Palais des Festivals. Buses pass within 100 metres, and there is a local supermarket, pharmacy etc 100m away.

La descrizione corrisponde al vero,. l'appartamento è dotato di ogni confort e dista 10 minuti dalla spiaggia di mace e 5 dal centro. Ottimo il parcheggio a disposizione. Da migliorare un po' la pulizia e sarebbe meglio limitare gli oggetti personali dei proprietari. In ogni caso altamente consigliato

Wohnung mit toller Lage

Wir haben in der Wohnung zwei Wochen lang gewohnt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war gut, er stand immer zur Verfügung und löste entstandene Probleme schnell. In der Wohnung gab es alles für einen gemütlichen Urlaub. Die Garage ist sehr sinnvoll, da wir mit dem Auto dorthin gekommen sind. Nice home from home

The owner made us feel very welcome when we arrived and showed us around the flat and its facilities. The pictures do not do the size of the flat justice. It was clean and tidy, just as you would expect. We didn't use the TV so can't really say anything about that. The internet was silly fast, which kept the kids happy. Everything worked and was in good order. It was in a quiet location and not too far to walk to the main beeches. The super market was a short walk and very well stocked. I would happily book the flat again, if we return to Cannes.

Cozy and well appointed flat in Cannes

This flat has lots of good qualities. It is safe, well furnished, has two and a half baths, two balconies, a lift and a garage. These were the features that we were looking for and that made our stay there most pleasant and comfortable. The kitchen is charming and made me feel as if I were at home in a very french environment. The owner is courteous and helpful and helped make our stay effortless. The only disadvantage was the lack of English television which I have heard is pretty much normal throughout Cannes. There was a large supply of English books to read and by the end of the week I was comfortable watching the news in French. The only downside of the location of this flat is that although it is very close to grocery stores, a pastry shop and some cafes, it was quite a distance to the main part of the city. The streets of Cannes are very winding and many are one way. so it is difficult driving for someone from the US where streets are usually straight. We found that the best way to get around was to walk. We did gradually discover short cuts to the sea and felt very safe walking everywhere. All in all I would highly recommend this flat to anyone who wants to experience a feeling of living in France - a little removed from the more touristy aspects of the city.

3 nights in Cannes

We spent 3 nights in Jonathan's apartment. There was plenty of space for the 4 of us. The place was clean and tidy...especially the kitchen and bathroom. The apartment is in a residential area of Cannes... a 5-minute walk to the attractions of Cannes...specifically the sidewalk cafes to the south side of the SCNF Cannes rail station, accessible via the underground passage way. The place is air conditioned for a comfortable night's sleep.

Comfy and convenient

We booked this apartment for a late summer break in Cannes and it was perfect. Bright and spacious with lovely views we had breakfast on the balcony on one side and a glass of wine in the evening on the other side as the sun went down. Spotlessly clean and it had everything we needed ( and more) fabulously comfortable bed and super shower! The owner has made it feel just like home with lots of advice on how everything worked as well as how to find the local supermarket and bakery for the morning croissants! The local market is a five minute walk away and two minutes later you are on the beach!

Large sunny flat with wonderful views

Very convenient flat with great access to main shops and the sea. Wonderful to return and enjoy again the amazing views of the terracotta roofs and hill. The balconies mean it is possible to enjoy sunshine all day. Extremely comfortable bed in large ensuite main bedroom, as well as being very quiet. Everything needed is just so close by and Cannes is such a beautiful and friendly seaside town.

We had a lovely stay !

We rented Jonathan's apartment for 3 weeks during Christmas and New Year. The apartment is nice, bright and from the living room and one of the bedrooms you have a nice view over the hills of Cannes (La Californie). We usually had breakfast at the dining table in the living room and sitting there seeing the sun rise over Cannes is very nice. The apartment is on the 4th of 6 floors and located in a residential area with secure parking provided in an adjacent building. In the apartment there are 2 bedrooms, a living room (with large flat screen TV), kitchen with all you need (including dishing- and washing machine), 1 bathroom with tub, a separate shower and in total 3 toilets. There are foodstores in the area of which one is a supermarket, abt 5 minutes walk from the apartment. The walk from the apartment to the Croisette takes less than 10 minutes. Everything was as per our expectations and Jonathan proved to be a caring owner with useful tips about what to do and where to go. We enjoyed our stay a lot and would gladly rent it again, should we return to Cannes. Margitta and Hakan from Gothenburg

Lovely Apartment

My wife and I had a very enjoyable week in Cannes. The apartment, is comfortable, light, airy and located in a quiet location. We were met by Jonathan the owner, who supplied us with all we needed to know about the apartment and the surrounding area. The railway station is only a little over five minutes away and a supermarket just down the road. There are many restaurants to choose from nearby in Cannes if you decide not to eat in.

Amazing apartment!

We have just spent a week in this glorious apartment and didn't want to leave, it was the best holiday property we have ever rented. We were met by the charming owner Jonathan who made us feel so welcome and we felt that he really wanted us to enjoy our stay in Cannes. After a helpful introduction to everything in the apartment we just knew we had found the right place. The bedrooms were spacious and had everything we needed and the bathrooms were spotlessly clean. The sitting room was much bigger than we expected and had super comfy chairs and sofas as well as a table and chairs. The kitchen was so perfect and had everything you could possibly want, even a Nespresso machine! Comfy beds and extremely powerful showers all made it a five star accommodation. It's in a great location just a ten minute walk to the beach with all the shops of Cannes nearby. There is a bakery and a supermarket around the corner. We will definitely book this apartment again

FIVE DAYS IN CANNES IN SEPTEMBER - Excellent

My adult son and I were met on our arrival in Cannes by our host, Mr Mindham, exactly as promised. His peaceful flat has the most lovely views of rooftops and gardens. The location is excellent with a bakery and supermarket nearby and the flat is well laid out and clean. Absolutely all necessary information was provided by Mr Mindham and we had the most wonderful time in his beautiful flat. We cannot wait to go back.

Lovely homely apartment

This is a wonderful apartment. Jonathan has gone to length to ensure that everything provided for the guests is of good quality and to feel as comfortable as possible away from home. There is even a coffee machine with pods provided. The Wifi is superb and the best we have had in a rental home. The A/C system was also very good. The apartment itself is only ten minutes walk from the beach and was no problem for our two young boys to walk to. It has a balcony with mountain views from the living room and another at the master bedroom from which we watched the wonderful firework display taking place off La Croisette. There are two supermarkets within a very short distance and the neighbours in the building were friendly. The parking space was essential for us. We can truly recommend this apartment and we would stay here again. Jonathan is a wonderful host and he checked half way through our stay to see if all was ok. Thank you for helping us have a great holiday.

Ein schönes Apartment in Cannes

Auch wenn die Wohnung hier und da schon etwa in die Jahre gekommen ist, so bietet sie dennoch allen notwendigen Komfort mit Klimaanlage, Waschmaschine sowie vollständig ausgestatteter Küche. Alles war sauber und aufgeräumt, so dass man sich von Anfang an wohlfühlen konnte. Die Wohnung liegt nicht weit entfernt von der Croisette mit ihren vielen tollen Läden, Bars und Restaurants. In wenigen Gehminuten ist man mitten im Zentrum oder auch an einem der zahlreichen Strände. Auch ein gut sortierter Supermarkt sowie eine Bäckerei befinden sich direkt in unmittelbarer Nähe. Besonders gut ist auch die im Mietpreis enthaltene Parkmöglichkeit in einer gegenüberliegenden abgeschlossenen Tiefgarage. Alles in allem hatten wir eine schöne und entspannte Urlaubswoche in Cannes. Jonathan hat uns von Beginn an sehr nett betreut. Er hat uns in der Wohnung empfangen und alles erklärt. Jonathan war stets über E-mail oder Telefon erreichbar. Antworten kamen stets zeitnah. Die Abwicklung lief stets korrekt und vollkommen reibungslos. Wir können dieses Apartment sehr empfehlen. Thank you Jonathan, for a beautiful vacation time in Cannes.

An outstanding, well-located apartment in Cannes

After a cloudy, cool week in Paris, Sheri and I were absolutely delighted to arrive in Cannes to find we would be staying a week in this outstanding apartment. The place was bright, spacious and exceptionally well appointed and stocked. The master bed was very comfortable and we slept like logs. One of the best features were the two balconies, one on the east off the living room to catch the morning sun and one on the west off the master bedroom to enjoy a late afternoon cocktail and watch the sunset. We also loved having the convenience of 2.5 bathrooms. We found the apartment to be very private and quiet. The neighbourhood is lovely, and it's just a short walk into town with marvellous shopping and dinner options. The week here was the final week of five we spent in Italy and France. We stayed in VRBO apartments all the way, but I must say this one was the best. Our host, Jonathan, was very helpful. We really appreciated the time he spent orienting us to this lovely place! Don't hesitate to book this apartment. You'll love it! We would love to return and will recommend it to all our friends.
