Located at the beginning of the old town of Samaden, it is 10 minutes away. on foot from the village lifts and 5 minutes by car from the Marguns (Celerina) lifts
2 minutes walk from Samaden station and from all the bus stops in the country.
10 minutes by car from St. Moritz center
1st floor apartment with windows on 3 sides. Renovated in 2014 and furnished with new elements: wooden boiserie in most of the house, parquet throughout the house except kitchen and bathrooms that have resin flooring.
Modern kitchen with dishwasher. Condominium laundry.
2 bedrooms - 1 double and 1 with double double bed. Total 6 beds
