Notes
- The condo complex (only 8 units) is near Belleair Shore, which has some of the largest beach front homes in Florida. The beach in front of Belleair Beach and Belleair Shore is free to be walked by anyone with beach access; however, beach access is limited by exclusive parking throughout the area. Parking and residence in our condo provides access to this somewhat secluded area of the beach. It's as close to a "private" beach as is available on the West Coast of Florida. Belleair Beach is an exclusive residential beach community. The condo complex is located in the approximate beachfront center of the town on the Gulf of Mexico. Our guests love the quiet, exclusive character of the complex and the area. Shopping, dining, entertainment and other services are located in the adjacent communities of Clearwater Beach, Indian Rocks Beach and Belleair; and being in the Tampa/St. Petersburg/Clearwater metropolitan area means that almost anything you may need is less than 45 min. by car.

We love this location. The condo has everything you would need for a vacation at the beach. It is very comfortable and the view is amazing. We really enjoy staying here and will come back.
I feel there are a few things that need improvement such as the patio furniture which is rusty and has sharp edges and the master bathroom was not very clean. But overall it was great!

We arrived to be blown away by this condo! Amazing! We fell in love. Communication was immediate with Will. We didn't have any problems. We plan on returning. The beach was so close and not crowded. We were in true paradise!

The best on bellaire beach
Our vacation was perfect at laconcha, the condo is spacious, clean, quiet, and views of the ocean and sunsets from the patio are amazing. We also enjoyed meeting Will, the manager, who showed us through this beautiful property. We liked the huge tv and the nice sofas too, looking right out, but very private. The four of us that stayed here, all highly recommend this condo and this area. It was our nicest family vacation.
