Thank your response I am pleased you guys enjoyed your vacation with us I doubled checked our website when you arrived as you mentioned you had five adults with you When she mentioned to me that you saw a maximum of 5 people when I checked the website to make changes the website had a maximum of 4 adults. Therefore I was unable to make any changes so I had to go into my own funds to accommodate the fifth adult which was OK with me because this lady was very nice I explained to this guest that the pictures are clear representations of the rooms. If the guest presses an option on the website adding more people this is done without any notification to me if the people are adults or babies unless they inform me all I know is the number of people not the ages of the guests If guests have young children travelling with then it fine, there could be four adults along with two young children then it is possible, to have up to six people reside in the rooms. It is very important that guests who book any of our properties that they check the space to see if it is suitable for their requirements if the properties are not suitable then guests should still contact me. I will try to work out something that might be more suitable

My name Mr. Christopher Ludford and I am the caretaker for Villa Patiently Waiting, I must first say that I am really and truly sorry to see this bad review that this guest as left. (1) In the review the guest stated that the room they rented was not suitable, first off all before they rented the room they went online and they saw the information about the the size and everything that the room as to offer, the room comes fully furnish with a double bed, fridge, stereo, cable and TV, WiFi, air condition, en suite bathroom, dresser, wardrobe, fan and a lot of ventilation also with its own private kitchen. The husband and wife they told me that they came for a funeral and that they will be only staying three (3) nights at the villa, in their possession they had plenty luggage at least five (5) large suitcase and three (3) hand luggage, with the amount of luggage they had, the room they book has reasonable amount of space but the amount of luggage would have limited the walking space. When they spend the first night in the room they booked, they explain to me that the space in the room was too small, they didn't complain about what was in the room or anything else about just the space. The following day, out of courtesy I upgrade the guest to the cottage which they were satisfied and grateful for the cottage has two (2) double bed ensuite and its own private kitchen and all the above amenities as previously stated All year round hundred's guests visit Villa Patiently Waiting to spend their luxurious holiday/vacation with family and friends of which some as stayed in the said double bedrooms without no complaint. (2) Also in the review, the guest mention that I was lurking around, first of all, I live and work on the property making sure that everything is properly is secure and that the guests are safe, comfortable and their needs are cater for. The property is one and half acres of land space, so I am working doing my duty whatever it might be, it could be cleaning the pool, painting, fixing something, gardening on a daily basis, my job is to maintain the property so if its seems that I am lurking I am not, I am up from six o'clock in morning part of my duty is to multitask while I am carrying out my daily maintenance I still have to be listening out and looking out for the guests while at the same time giving time respecting their space. These guests mentioned nothing to me in regards to my work ethics. Thanks once again for staying at V
