This beautiful north facing home is situated in the popular suburb of Rexford in Knysna on the Garden Route, just minutes from the lagoon, Knysna Heads, town center and two golf courses. This house boasts four bedrooms with king beds that make sleep easy, accompanied by three bathrooms. The north facing solar panel heated swimming pool is situated in a well manicured garden with unlimited views of the Knysna Lagoon, over the Knysna Golf course and the picturesque Outeniqua mountains in the blue distance.

Great family holiday

The house is very comfortable and spacious with plenty of space to lounge inside and out (we were 6 adults). The view is a million dollars and the area is great. We hope to be back

Absoulutely Incredible Views!

This home is so well kept and extremely well stocked. The decor is fitting with the surroundings making it a perfect home away from home (and we're from Canada:) Our family of 6 was so comfortable here in every way, we highly recommended staying here!

Großes Haus mit schönem Blick über die Lagune

Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und verfügt sogar über zwei Wohnzimmer und hat einen sehr schönen Blick über die Lagune und einen hübschen kleinen Pool. In der Einrichtung ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt und es ist safe. Die Randlage nahe den heads ist sehr gut. Wir haben aber einige Flecken in der Bettwäsche gefunden und die Decken waren nicht frisch gewaschen. Im Winter friert man hier vor allem im ersten recht ungedämmten ersten Stock sehr. Es fehlten Heizdecken fürs Bett und elektronische Heizungen, denn die beiden mobilen Gasheizungen können aufgrund von Geruch und Sicherheit nicht über Nacht betrieben werden. Das Haus wurde bei Übergabe nicht genügend erklärt und es fehlten all die Kleinigkeiten, die wir sonst als fröhliches Wellcome gefunden hatten wie Bücher, Spiele, nette Dekos usw. Die Beschwerden habe ich direkt an die Agentur weitergegeben, vielleicht ändern sie etwas. Weil es bei wärmeren Temperaturen vielleicht ein gutes Haus ist, empfehle ich es für diesen Zeitraum durchaus aufgrund der Lage, Größe und des Blickes. :-)

Enorm genoten in dit prachtige huis in Knysna.

Schitterend gelegen villa met een prachtig uitzicht over de baai van Knysna. Het huis is erg ruim en mooi ingericht. Goed uitgeruste keuken, mooie slaap- en badkamers en een heerlijk terras. Wij willen hier zeker nog een keer terugkomen.

I am Rainer, retired since a couple of years. I am from and living in Sweden, close to Gothenburg, on the west-coast. When not in Sweden, I like to spend my time in beautiful Knysna together with my wife and sometimes friends and family from overseas.

Why they chose this property

After spending many vacations in South Africa, starting 2003 we finally felt that we wanted a place of our own.

We had four important criteria for our future holiday home:
- The house should be spacious to have the possibility to accommodate family and friends.
- It should be north-facing (the sun goes north over here) and the possibility of sun all day.
- The house must have a great view.
- There must be a sufficiently spacious pool.

We luckily succeeded with this, it even exceeded our expectations.

The location, Knysna was the obvious choice. Knysna has so much to offer.

For those who love shopping, Knysna offers many interesting shops tucked away around every corner ranging from arts and crafts to traditional products and handcrafted furniture made from indigenous timber.

Beaches, lakes, mountains and rivers provide endless opportunities for the adventure lover. Some of the adventure and outdoor activities available in the area include tree canopy gliding, kloofing, abseiling, boating and hiking.

Golfers will be enthusiastic with the number of golf courses right on the doorstep of our house. Knysna Golf Course and Pezula Course are less than 3 minutes away. Simola Golf Course is within 20 minutes distance.

We know we are lucky to escape the Swedish winter and spend time in amazing Knysna in the beautiful country of South Africa with all their lovely people. With our home we have the opportunity to offer other people to spend time in these relaxing surroundings.
