Conveniently located near the airport. We stayed one night on our way back home and it was perfect. The manager was extremely helpful, very responsive. The apartment was safe and right near a mall with lots of quick food options. Recommend.

This apartment was the perfect fit for our family as we wrapped up our trip to Italy. The host and his wife did an amazing job making us comfortable and sharing local knowledge to improve our time in Rome. The apartment was clean and had everything that we needed to be comfortable!

The apartment was lovely and spacious. Nice place for us to rest after a long trip and before continuing on the next day to stay with family in Italy. Host was very responsive and helped provide recommendations when asked. Would definitely stay at this property again in the future. Also, conveniently close to the airport if you’re looking for a short drive after a long haul flight.

Great Location close to Fiumicino Airport

We stayed here our last night in Rome. We had an early morning flight to catch and this was the perfect location to get on the train. Great mall nearby for last minute shopping host was exceptionally helpful with directions and check in process was a breeze. Great apartment!

Great apartment so close to airport!

We stayed here in our last night in Rome because we had an early flight and needed to be close or the airport. The apartment was just what we needed. So close to the train station that took us straight to the airport in the morning. Would highly recommend!

So close to airport

This is very close to Fiumicino airport yet surprisingly very quiet too. Max was a great host!

Max was so helpful with specific directions and assistance with getting a taxi to the apartment. While at the apartment we chose to visit the mall which was a short walk away. This apartment was not in the city by any means but it fit our needs perfectly!

Perfect, Near airport!

We stayed one night here to be close to the airport when we flew out early the next morning. Communication with our host was excellent. We received very clear instructions on how to arrive by train and how to enter the apartment. The apartment is big and modern and very clean. Shopping center and grocery nearby with restaurants. Very walkable. Our host even scheduled a morning taxi to take us to the airport. A perfect experience. Highly recommend!

Great stay and excellent property

The location vis a vis the airport is perfect. It's quite far from central Rome so the taxis fares were quite high. The host was amazingly helpful . . . above and beyond. Property was great for what we needed but the trip into Rome with so little time was a rookie mistake. Would stay here again for transition to flight home. For that it was perfect!

Last night in Italy

We stayed here before our flight out of the airport. It was the most comfortable bed I slept in after multiple apts during our stay in Italy! Our three small kids loved having the sweet bread left for us on the balcony in the morning. Also they found pigeon eggs in the plants🙂 It was very clean and well equipped. We grabbed dinner easily by the mall area, and the train to the airport is less than 5 min walk away.

Nice and convenient location

The apartment is in a great location, a very short walk from the train station and shopping mall. Also a quick drive or train ride to the airport. We walked to eat dinner at the mall, about a 5 minute walk. The apartment was set up so beautifully and it was extremely clean. Max even provided us with orange juice, milk, coffee, and breakfast pastries. His directions to the apartment and how to get in were also very easy to follow. I definitely recommend this place!

We always try to do the best because we understand the needs of those who travel. Nancy was a great host, timely orderly and kind has complied with all the rules of the house, we hope to host them again soon.

Just great! Beautiful, comfortable, very clean apartment.

Our one night stay was very pleasant! Max is a friendly and responsive host. Smooth check-in with clear instructions. We needed to stay just one night because we had to catch an early flight the next morning and Max’s place was near the airport, train stop, mall, and restaurants. So it was perfect for us. We took an Uber there and the train back. I recommend taking the train because it’s just a 5 minute walk to the apartment. The apartment was very pleasant, excellent location (quiet), crisp air conditioning, everything was perfect; accurate, clean, and well equipped. The beds were so comfortable! Thank you Max! We hope to return and stay longer.
