A pocos pasos de la playa sin cruzar una carretera entre usted y la arena, disfrutar de este dormitorio, segundo piso, ideal para familias, playa bloque Summer Sands condominio en Wildwood Crest - una de las mejores zonas de la ciudad elegida como la Mejor Playa en Nueva Jersey. Después de un día en la playa, enjuague en la ducha cerrada al aire libre, tomar un baño en una de las dos piscinas, relajarse en una de las cinco terrazas y barbacoa en una de las seis parrillas de gas. Mientras que el condominio capacidad para 7, es más ideal para 5 personas. Aunque el edificio está en la playa, esta unidad no está frente al mar. Awesome place and location

The condo was exactly as described but the bedroom was much larger than we expected. The unit is right next to one of the outdoor decks with several tables and chairs that acted like our living room with a view of the ocean.

Great location

Great location! The property was walking distance to the beach which is what I was looking for because I wanted everyone to be able to come and go with out everyone having to pack up and leave. It also had 2 pools so if anyone didn’t want to go to the beach beach We had the pool option. That option is very hard to come by especially for the price. It’s not a large place but we were there for the beach so I knew we weren’t planning on spending a lot of time inside. It’s right outside of Wildwood so it’s much quieter so if your looking for more action all the time it’s not the place, but that’s what we wanted. With the convenient option of the very close access to go to wildwood and have the action. We had the deck right outside to hang out on which we enjoyed and the use of the grills so when we wanted to eat in. It was definitely very relaxing the other people in the condo area were very friendly gave great advice the ice cream truck came around nightly and apparently you could even to text them to come which my boys thought were awesome. The unit was set up with Wi-Fi and Netflix to use I didn’t even have to sign in to my own account which I thought was awesome. This was my first time using VRBO and renting and I had a lot of questions and the owner was great and took time in answering all my crazy emails and if she’s reading this I thank you very much for being so awesome. We had a wonderful time and would definitely go back.

Comme toujours excellent endroit et emplacement.Nous etions a quelque pas de la plage l'endroit est maintenue tres propreWifi accessible et facile communication ave l'hote facilement rejoignable. Acces au condo toujours assez tot.Cote cuisine tout est dispo faut juste pense a apporte des plats pour entrepose la nourriture dana le frigo mais on se debrouille.Le seul hic divan lit est dut pour un peu d'amour un nouveau matelas serait duSinon tout est excellent et cest sur que lorsqu'on retournera a Wildwood on recontact pour y reste au meme endroit nous sommes en amour avec cet emplacement !!

Family Vacation

This was my family's 5th stay at The Summer Sands and we had a great time once again. This condo was nicely decorated, cute and cozy. The owner was very nice and responsive. The bedroom was perfect for our family of 4 with the bunk bed and was nice and cool with the air conditioning. The living room was the smallest we've stayed in at Summer Sands, but the bedroom was large and had a nice TV. It was the cooler room also so we hung out in there more when not out. Although we usually stay facing the beach, we actually loved the location of this condo facing the street because it was right above the pool and next to a nice sitting area and above the BBQs. It made grilling dinner much easier. It was also quieter at night because there weren't large groups hanging out on the balcony like they do on the beach side. Overall we had a great vacation and would stay in this condo again.

Great spot

Stayed here as part of an extended family meet up in the area. Property was good. Great location and the property had a lot of nice amenities. Pool was clean and well maintained. Grill area was great for quick meals for the kids. I’d recommend for small families looking for a place in the Crest.

Nice place for vacation

The weather was a little up and down, but we had a great week! The condo was friendly and welcoming; the beach was so close, and the kids loved the pool. I definitely would love to go back again.⛱

It was enjoyable besides a few things.

We had an overall nice time at the summer sands. It's very close to the beach which made access nice. The room was a bit small but was advertised as such so we expected that . The room cleaner could have done a bit of a better job, we had to go through and clean a bit more when we arrived, shelves were extremely dusty and coffee tables weren't wiped down. Although it was nice to have the patio right outside our door, It was mostly taken over by what seems to be owners of other condos who had no consideration to the curfew of 11:00pm. It was quite loud and there is no rule prohibiting smoking on the decks so the constant second hand smoke became a problem for myself and my children. Not sure we would stay here again but the owners were great at communicating and trying to make our needs met which we appreciated.

Beautiful week at the beach! 🙌

Location excellent. Amenities as described. Comfortable beds. Host very quick to respond to questions. The beach is right there and beautiful. Easy access to area attractions. Parking for guest vehicles was a challenge but we managed! Loved our week there!

Great week long stay

We had a great stay in Wildwood Crest! Great location just a short walk to the beach! The listing is accurately described and communication from the host was great! The unit was a little tight for our family of 5 (2 adults, 3 under 8) but that was expected and the basically right outside your door community patio table seating helped expand the space at meal time. Bunk beds in the bedroom were perfect for our 3 kids.

Really nice setup

We really liked the location. I think some better photography of the property itself and amenities would serve it well because we thought it was a little undersold. We would definitely recommend this to friends and stay here again.

Excellent stay!

This condo had everything you could possibly need. My kids loved the books and games in the bedroom. Plenty of dishes, pots and pans. Kate was very great about returning texts during our stay also. We will most definitely be coming back next year!! You must check out this gem by the sea!

Wonderful cozy condo

Kate and her husband were very attentive. We had a minor issue with the lock one day and someone was there very quickly to fix the issue. The unit was cozy and clean. Summer Sand's condo building had nice pools and a nice grilling area. The owners that vacation in the condo all summer that we met where very nice and welcoming.

Condo in Wildwood Crest

Location to beach was the best part of this stay. Proximity to outdoor patio was great. Pools were very clean and well kept. Overall I'd give this stay 4 stars

Beautiful One Week Vacation

The condo was less than a block from the beach in a very well maintained condo complex. The condo itself was clean and very comfortable. I enjoyed my stay as did my children. I look forward to next year.

Wonderful family vacation spot!

My family had such an amazing time and this condo was perfect for our need! Although the space is small, there were little things that helped maximize the space, like a chest to hold suit cases and a nearly empty shelf to store items. The facility was great; clean and the staff was friendly. One of the best parts of our trip was meeting all of the other families also staying on the property. By the end of the week we were going to the beach together and exchanging phone numbers. Thank you to the renter for sharing your space with us!! Will absolutely book this property again :-)
