SMALL APARTMENT GARDASEE for young people

Simple and small apartment all on the first floor, with a bedroom and private bathroom, in a country house about 10 minutes walk from the beach of Desenzano and 15 minutes from the center where you can find many shops and numerous restaurants and ice cream parlors. In the center you can take the boat for the tourist tour of the lake.
Crossing the street you can use the private swimming pool.
The apartment has private parking, sheets and towels and a part of the corridor has a shower and on the other the toilet. Gardaland and other natural parks are about 18 km away.

Great place, great hosts!

The flat was lovely, clean and tidy. Enjoyed the pool and tennis courts and the hosts were even kind enough to offer us a lift from the station as it was raining. Great distance from Desenzano and a fantastic stay overall!

Perfect!

The apartment and facilities were great and Antonella and Fabio were very helpful and kind and even provided transport to and from the train station. The location was good only a 10 minute walk from the lake and bikes were available too. The pool was very well maintained and a lot of fun. Overall a great experience and would recommend especially for young people who want to see Lake Garda at a reasonable price.

Holiday in Lake Garda

Brilliant time staying at Antonella and Fabio's property. It felt like a very authentic italian stay at their property, which was very functional and great value for money. We loved being able to make use of the pool on site (particularly given the heat wave!) and the bicycles. The property was around 15-20 minutes walk to the town/lake and 30 to the train station/supermarket. Overall a lovely stay, would highly recommend 😁

A pleasant stay

The apartment is clean and well equipped. The hosts are lovely and very helpful. We had access to bikes which was great! The wifi connection is very weak, which is not optimal if you plan to work from there.

Perfect holiday gateway

The hosts are amazing and very helpful. They assisted us with all our questions and activities in the area. We arrived at 21:00 and they came for us in the train station and took us to our apartment. The apartment is very clean and well kept. You can enjoy breakfast outside with all the greenery infront of you. You can also use the pool. The area is very quite perfect for a break.

Countryside apartment 12 min from beach

Apartment was as described, feels like in countryside but only a short walk into town. They picked us up from the train station which was really helpful. Apartment relatively basic but is reflected in price. We used bikes for free and is also pool etc. WiFi was not very reliable but other than that no issues.

Good stay at lake garda

Me and my girlfriend had a nice stay at the appartment of Antonella and Fabio. The appartment was as described. It was an old building but it has everything you need. We had to walk about 10 minutes to the lake but we could also use the pool. Antonella was very kind and replied very quickly. They even picked us up from the central station. We would definitly recommand this appartment!

Der Aufenthalt war sehr entspannt, die Wohnung entsprach unseren Bedürfnissen und die Vermieter sind sehr nett. Es hat etwas gedauert, bis wir bei der Anreise die Einfahrt zu dem Grundstück entdeckt habe. Das lag aber daran, dass wir von oben gekommen sind und die Grundstückszufahrt von der Richtung aus ein ganzes Stück hinter dem Haus liegt.

Unterkunft mit guter Lage, zum Pool der mitgenutzt werden kann sind es 200 Meter. Im Zentrum gibt es Parkplätze von der Unterkunft die Kostenlos genutzt werden können bei Ausflüge in die Stadt.

Günstige Wohnung mit schönem Pool

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in Desenzano. Toll war der Pool auf dem benachbarten Grundstück des Vermieters, den man auch mitbenutzen konnte. Großer Garten mit verschiedenen Sitzmöglichkeiten und tollem Oleander. Die Wohnung war in Ordnung, gab etwas wenige Küchenutensilien z.B. fehlte ein Kochlöffel. Dafür gab es in der Nähe eine gute Pizzeria. Der Vermieter war auch sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Sehr sympathische Vermieter

Wir waren eine Woche im kleinen Apartment. Sind dann in der zweiten Woche in ein Größeres gewechselt. Die Vermieter sind super sympathisch und kümmern sich darum, dass es den Gästen gut geht. 20 min. Fussweg zur Promenade sind okay. Toll, dass wir den Pool gegenüber der Straße nutzen könnten. Es war eine tolle Zeit.

Phantastischen Urlaub

In der Unterkunft war wirklich alles was man braucht. Ich hatte eine Wohnung auf einem wunderschönen Anwesen . Sehr sauber und ruhig aber doch alles schnell erreichbar. Der Pool und die Umlage sehr gepflegt. Die Vermieter waren mega freundlich zuvorkommend und bemüht , trotz Sprachschwierigkeiten haben wir alles super hinbekommen. Kann ich nur empfehlen !!

Traumanlage in Seenähe

Die Wohnung ist ein wenig älter, jedoch sauber, gemütlich& hatte alles was wir brauchten! Dinge wie, Geschirr, Bettwäsche& Handtücher inklusive. Vor allem die Anlage war ein Traum! Man kann sogar den Pool& Tennisplatz nutzen. 10min Fußweg zum See. Würden immer wieder kommen :)
