LA CASA NUOVA apartment is one of the three apartments that make up the Casa Vacanze IL CASETTINO. IL Casettino is an old farmhouse near Radicondoli, in the province of Siena, immersed in the green countryside of the Tuscan hills and in the middle of a wildlife reserve. It offers a stay of complete rest, but also the opportunity to quickly reach the main Tuscan cities of art: Siena, Florence, Pisa, Lucca, Volterra, San Gimignano, San Galgano Abbey, as well as attractive seaside resorts on the Tyrrhenian coast.
Holiday Apartment Il Casettino, open all year round, has three apartments for 2/4 people, with independent entrance and a panoramic garden. The pool is very cozy, surrounded by lavender, olive and cypress trees (round, diameter 8.00 meters, depth 1.30 meters). The Casettino is 1.5 km from the medieval village of Radicondoli where you can find restaurants, pizzerias, tennis court. Pets are allowed.

LA CASA NUOVA apartment derives from the most recent renovation of a part of the farmhouse; in harmony with the whole receptive complex, the interventions have been carried out with the utmost respect for the original structure, highlighting its peculiar characteristics: terracotta floors, brick and wood ceilings.

Lovely location, lovely hosts

A blissful ten nights in this very quiet, rural corner of Tuscany. Even in blisteringly hot weather the house was cool and we loved sitting by the pool during the day and eating our meals outside every evening. Even better, our hosts Rossano and Grazia were absolutely lovely - so friendly and accommodating, and it was a real joy getting to know them. We do recommend staying here very highly.

Es ist ein wunderschönes Haus in einem schönem Garten gelegen. Der Pool liegt geschützt im Grünen und wird sehr gut sauber gehalten. Man findet dort immer einen Sonnenplatz aber auch Schatten. Der Poolbereich ist separat abgegrenzt was Sicherheit bietet, insbesondere mit Kindern. Das Grundstück liegt etwas abgeschieden dafür aber wunderbar ruhig mit einer tollen Aussicht. Wer Ruhe genießen will und es in Kauf nimmt, etwas weitere Wege auf sich zu nehmen (zum Strand oder in die umliegenden Städte) ist hier richtig. Der nahegelegene Ort Radicondoli ist ein bezaubernder, authentischer Ort. Wir waren verzaubert von diesem Fleckchen Erde und danken den Besitzern, die sehr gastfreundlich waren.

Zuerst müssen wir Grazia und Rossano danken, dass sie so eine Herzlichkeit auf ihre Gäste übertragen. Zwei echte super Italiener mit Hingabe zu ihren Gästen. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Wohnung war genau wie beschrieben. Und der Pool erscheint auf den Bildern klein. Ist er aber nicht. Ein Glas Wein unter einem Feigenbaum mit weitem Blick in die grüne Landschaft - die Lage des alten Bauernhauses inmitten üppiger Vegetation ist außergewöhnlich reizvoll. Das Appartment ist stilvoll und schön renoviert: Terrakottaböden, viel altes Holz und moderne Geräte. Die beiden Gastgeber sind herzlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns bei ihnen wohlgefühlt.
