La Cambruna is a typical Tuscan hillside barn recently transformed into a cosy holiday home with a private pool located on a panoramic hill with commanding views over the rolling Tuscan hills west of Siena. The property is nestled in an olive grove, in a quiet position, well exposed to the sun and with magnificent panoramic views.

In the rustic and well-kept garden surrownding the house, there is an inviting infinity pool with solarium equipped with sun loungers for the exclusive use of guests. The pool size is 5 x 10 m, depth 1,40 – 2 m and is available from April to October.

Tastefully furnished in a minimal style and equipped with all modern comforts, the villa can accommodate four guests. The main building spreads over two floors with a spacious living room, well-equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, and a toilette. Both the kitchen and the living room open up on a covered windowed terrace.

The access road (about 2 km) is unpaved and not drivable by sport cars, a SUV is recommended.

Centrally located in the triangle between Siena, Pisa and Florence, the property is an excellent starting point for day trips to the many art centres of the region, the sandy beaches and the Islands of the Tuscan archipelago. The nearby village of Casole d'Elsa (5 km) offers various services, including banks, shops, restaurants, bars and a supermarket.
