L'Infinito is a cozy apartment with a large private terrace, sea view and hot tub. It can accommodate up to 6 people and has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a living room/kitchen with a sofa bed.
It has a beautiful private terrace completely overlooking the sea, with views of the Faraglioni rocks of Capri and the Bay of Positano, partially shaded by a bamboo pergola and furnished with a Vietri-style majolica table, wrought iron chairs, tables, deck chairs, a hot tub, and an outdoor shower. The terrace leads to the two bedrooms and the living room/kitchen.
Bedroom 1: furnished with a comfortable double bed, air conditioning, and television, with private en-suite bathroom.
Bedroom 2: furnished with a comfortable double bed, air conditioning, and television. The bathroom is outside the bedroom.
Living room/kitchen with bathroom:
Kitchen with 4-burner stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave oven.
Living room with table, chairs, and sofa. The sofa can be converted into a comfortable sofa bed for two extra people: this makes the L'Infinito apartment a comfortable solution for 4 or 6 people!

Beautiful view

My partner and I were welcomed to the family’s home by Pietro and his mother,who greeted us with a choice of coffee or fresh lemonade-we had the lemonade and it was delightful, as was the rest of our brief stay. The accommodations were wonderful for two and were equiped with everything needed (working hot water, internet, pots and pans, etc.). We were also provided with ingredients and a recipe for spaghetti, which I probably should have written down. Nonetheless, I made the attempt. Communication was great as Pietro was very responsive and was able to help us with planning our travel during our stay by providing us info regarding public and private transportation in the area. Praiano itself is a quiet town, perhaps because we were there in early March, but it is located near Amalfi and Sorrento (where you can take a short ferri to Capri). Overall, this is a great place to stay, however, if not using public transportation, this can be quite costly to get to other areas of the Amalfi Coast.

The Very Best

This property is one of the top VRBO properties I have ever stayed at. The panoramic views from the patio area were truly incredible. The pictures displayed on the website are as accurate as you see when you walk through the front door. Both bedrooms/bathrooms were very nice and clean. Both Queen beds were nice and comfortable. Kitchen/Dinning/Living rooms were very nice. The property host went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. Five Stars out of Five Stars and gets our highest recommendation. Thanks Bobby C. Beautiful view, friendly host, but beware!

We booked the Infinity apartment in June for our October stay. we chose it because both bedrooms were on the same level and had ensuite bathrooms. After an exhausting drive from Naples in the dark and rain we arrived around 9p.m., carried our luggage up the 100 plus steps only to be told that we were going to be staying in Casa del Sole instead. At that time of night and having already paid the full amount, we had no other option but to accept. No explanation or offer of a reduced amount. While we enjoyed our stay on the Amalfi coast and had a wonderful view from our terrace it was not what we had agreed to. Also, if you are not in decent shape you will not be happy with the steps.

Beautiful view, great apartment

The apartment at CalanteLuna offered a spectacular view from the patio overlooking the beautiful blue sea. With two bedrooms, kitchen and laundry, it was a great place to stay for a week and very convenient for some of the busier towns on the Amalfi Coast. It was lovely to return to quiet Praiano after a day out sight seeing. Elia is extremely helpful and knowledgeable and nothing is too much trouble for him to help make your stay better. As with all places on the Amalfi Coast, be prepared for plenty of stairs.

Like a Dream

I could not speak highly enough about our stay at Calante Luna. It was always a dream of mine to visit the Amalfi Coast and my stay here exceeded all my hearts imagination. Where to begin.. The town of Praino itself was beautiful.Picture perfect with one of the best little beaches on the coast. It has a lovely village feel, close enough to the liveliness and much bigger Positano but a lovely distance away also for those times when you want a little more calm and relax.It was so nice to really feel like you were living amongst the locals if only for a short time. The Villa is to die for.It has everything you could need : kitchen facilities, washing facilities,great bathrooms, beautiful linen, super comfy beds, a gorgeous terrace and the views, oh the views - they are like being in a postcard.Coming home each day was a joy. There is also a communal spa which was lovely to relax in after a day of stair climbing and an amazing communal garden terrace under the lemon trees, amongst the vegie patch complete with loungers & hammocks. Did i mention Calante Luna was like a dream ?? !! I only wish we had stayed longer. There is so much to do and see on the Amalfi Coast that i felt we didnt have time to really enjoy all the villa had to offer ! The villa is situated not far from the centre of town with many restaurants & cafes and the beach.Our favourite restaurant was Che Bonta just down the road. The main bus stop is 300m down the hill where you can catch the sita bus in either direction towards Positano or Amalfi. Last but not least to mention is our gorgeous host Elia. From the moment I booked until the day we left the villa, Elia took the best care of us. Always contactable, happy to offer advice or make reservations for us, Elia is a wonderful host.He even brought us little treats throughout our stay like fresh squeezed lemon juice, fruit smoothies, banana bread.He also has a beautiful dog Lou who my daughter fell in love with and Elia let take for walks. What an amazing part of the world, We hope to return to many times and back to Elia's Calante Luna.Highly recommended. Thank you so much for our stay Elia, we will cherish it forever. Kate

sehr schöne Wohnung mit tollen Blick

sehr geschmackvolle Einrichtung, Terrasse mit tollen Meerblick, aber ohne Sonnenschutz längerer Anmarsch, da kein eigener Parkplatz vorhanden ist, es muss auf der unteren Straße geparkt werden , wo nicht immer Platz vorhanden ist. Aufgang über viele Treppenstufen . Freundlicher und netter Vermieter

Fantastico!

I Stayed in this fantastic apartment with my husband, 27yr old daughter & her boyfriend. Each room was spacious, with a double bed, plenty of storage & ensuite featuring a great powerful shower, loo, basin, bidet & Hairdryer. Both rooms were accessed from the communal terrace, which was large with 2 tables 2 deckchairs & 2 clothes airers. The kitchen was also accessed from the terrace as well as one of the bedrooms. The kitchen was well equipped with fridge, freezer microwave, also washing up liquid & cloth. The whole place was very well maintained & clean. There was also a large communal "solarium" with sun loungers, shades, hammocks, table & chairs & a refreshing outdoor shower. We used this several afternoons & were always on our own. The other communal asset was the outdoor Jacuzzi, which was very relaxing after a long day sightseeing. Finally Elias our host was the best, he was so friendly, helpful & knowledgable. The property does have a large number of steps to it, but Elias helped with our luggage on arrival, & frankly if you don't like steps, the the Amalfi Coast is not for you. It is situated within walking distance of many good bars & restaurants as well as the bus stop. We went to Amalfi, Ravello, Positano & Capri, with bus fares of only 1.20Euro each way (ferry to Capri from Positano extra) unfortunately some days the buses weren't running due to wild fires making the road unsafe, so we went for a hike instead. Best meal at Kasia, then Che Bonta & Trattoria San Gennaro. La Strada expensive for what you get. We also ate in Positano at the family restaurant Saraceno d'Oro which was excellent. Overall I highly recommend L'Infinito, & Praiano

Magnifica vacanza sulla costiera Amalfitana

Non c'è altro modo di descrivere, ma un formidabile vacanza, vista mozzafiato del mare, facile accesso a tutte le località di mare ognuno con il proprio carattere unico! Elia e Pietro e tutta la famiglia è molto ospitale, gentile e massima ospitalità e cura. Ci si sente come sei assorbito nella ricca cultura d'Italia. Altamente raccomandata e assicurarsi di richiedere informazioni su Positano che possiede anche proprietà adiacente alla famiglia-owned/run ristorante alta sulle colline:) se volete qualcosa di un po' più vivace. This place is Paradise

I can not say enough good things about this beautiful apartment or it's gracious host. Elia met us when we arrived and helped the 4 of us (girls with a terrible overpacking problem) with our luggage. He stayed and walked us through the apartment, familiarized us with it's features, and recommended several excellent places to eat. He was available throughout our stay to answer questions, arrange excursions and transportation, etc. The apartment itself is spotless and well equipped with beautifully manicured grounds. As beautiful as the pictures are they don't do it or the views justice. Everywhere you look is like a postcard. Praiano is only a few miles and a short bus ride from Positano. The location was perfect and it was very quiet at night (which was a nice change from Florence and Rome). Elia also came back early on the morning that we left just to help us get our luggage to the car. Thank you Elia for a wonderful stay! We look forward to seeing you on our next visit. Angie

Una vista mozzafiato su un angolo di paradiso

Il relais Calanteluna offre una vista meravigliosa sul cuore della costiera amalfitana nell'incantevole cittadina di Praiano, dove si gode il sole per tutto il giorno fino al pomeriggio inoltrato, che guarda a un mare immenso fino all'isola di Capri con i suoi faraglioni. La struttura è davvero unica: molto bella, pulita e curata nei minimi particolari con riferimento all'architettura tipica di quelle zone. Offre un grande terrazzo dove rilassarsi e un giardino lussureggiante con una vasca idromassaggio dalla quale godersi tramonti mai visti prima. La camera è spaziosa, arredata con gusto ed elegante. E' situata in un punto estremamente tranquillo dove regna una pace stupenda, ma dal quale si possono raggiungere facilmente tutte le altre attrazioni della costiera. E' un ottimo e tranquillo punto di partenza, dal quale si può giungere in poco tempo a Positano, Amalfi e Ravello, per esempio. L'accoglienza della famiglia proprietaria è stata calorosa e gentilissima e ci è stata offerta la massima assistenza durante tutto il soggiorno, anche per ciò che riguarda l'organizzazione di gite e per gli spostamenti. Basta chiedere a Elia o a Pietro, che all'insegna dell'allegria e della cortesia, hanno reso il nostro soggiorno il più piacevole e divertente possibile. Un'esperienza da vivere: il paesaggio di cui godrete da questo relais non lo dimenticherete mai!

Very clean, spacious rental (breath taking view)

This rental was everything we could hope for and more! As soon as we arrived we were greeted by Elia and his mother (who brought us refreshments). The place is stunning, we were blown away by the level of cleanliness! (this property is only two years old!) Our apartment had two very large bedrooms with very nice large bathrooms, as well as a kitchen (fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes-we were able to cook meals almost every night!) In addition, Elia (one of the property owners) provided us with unlimited support (he booked our excursions, negotiated prices and helped us our as much as he could) We highly recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a clean, spacious apartment with a gorgeous view! Thank you Elia and family for everything you did for us during our stay! Hope to be back soon to use that amazing new hot tub!

“A magical, romantic retreat with stunning views”

My husband and I stayed five days in Calante Luna - we definitely did not want to leave! The apartment and its views are worth every step of the climb and when we arrived there was the most fantastic sunset. It is beautifully appointed, spotlessly clean and everything has been thought of. Fantastic bathrooms! The owner could not have been more kind and friendly - greeting us on our first morning with freshly brewed coffee and never passing without a smile or a wave. We felt very at home. We had dinner one night at the owner's family-owned restaurant in Positano which was of the same high standard. Praiano is much quieter than its nieghbours Amalfi and Positano and it was a relief to return there after visits to the other resorts. A short walk to the bottom of the hill to the bus stop, shops and restaurants. We cannot recommend Calante Luna highly enough
