Dear Karen, so happy to read that you appreciated the view of the house. The stairs are the weak point and the strong point of our beloved Amalfi Coast: they allow you to reach breathtaking views. We really look forward to host you again! Rosa- SMAAC Booking Manager

You can’t go wrong with staying here!

Amazing place, even better than the pictures. Lots of stairs, so keep that in mind, but that’s everywhere on the Amalfi Coast. Nadia was fantastic. The view was INCREDIBLE, and we will cherish the time we spent here.

Our stay here was a dream!

Our first time on the Amalfi coast and won't be our last! Nadia was very kind and helpful. The home was spacious, perfect for a family stay. The views were unbelievable! Very beautiful town and home. Close to restaurants, cafes, markets, and bus stop. A 15 minute drive to Positano. Our family really enjoyed our stay at this home.

Best Place to Stay in Praiano!

We absolutely loved our stay in Praiano. Nadia is a five star host and takes great care of her guests. She went beyond what any host has done for us in the past. The home is beautiful, with an amazing view of the Amalfi coast. It’s close to several shops, restaurants, and a grocery store. If we came back we’d stay here again!

The best views on the Almafi coast

The best views on the Almafi coast. There are a lot of stairs like they share in the description. But if you can handle that you will not find a better place to stay in Praiano. And special thanks for Norman for helping us out with reservations and taxis and making our trip special

We loved our stay!

Nadia and her family made us so welcome in this pristine apartment. They have thought of everything. Tucked into the Priaino hillside with wonderful view of the sea and across to Capri, you feel you have become part of the Amalfi Coast. The steps and path may make it inaccessible for some, but added to the magic for us. Thank you!

Dear Gary, Thank you so much for your beautiful words! We’re truly happy to hear that you felt so welcomed and that you enjoyed both the apartment and its unique setting overlooking the sea. We understand the steps and pathways might not be for everyone, so it means a lot to us that you saw them as part of the charm and experience. It was a real pleasure hosting you, and we’d love to welcome you back anytime! Kind regards Rosa- SMAAC Accommodations

Exceptional!

What a perfect holiday! If you are looking for a quiet spot on the Amalfi Coast to watch the sunsets then Casa Clara is ideal. Nadia went above and beyond, meeting us on arrival and connecting us with a boat tour operator. The eggs from her hens were a special touch.

An absolute paradise

The location was amazing! The view was breathtaking, convenient located to bus stop and a little cafe. Walking distance from restaurants. The host was lovely and made sure we had everything we need. The place was clean and decorated adorably. We loved our stay! The steps are not for the faint of heart but absolutely worth the stay. I would not change a thing!

Great views but 209 steps to the house. Didn't mind the exercise, but need to be fit to enjoy.

Worth renting, but need to plan transportation from Salerno to property. 1.5 to 2 hours using private transportation $140 to $200 one way.

Dear Todd, thank you so much for your review! It's been a pleasure to host you and we are happy to know you appreciated the house and its view ! The stairs are the weak point and the strong point of our beloved Amalfi Coast since they allow you to reach breathtaking panorama. For this reason we indicate them as the first detail in the descriptions of our accommodations. Thank you for the suggestions you mentioned. Look forward to welcoming you again on Amalfi Coast. We loved it!

We stayed here with our 14 month old son for 9 nights and loved it. The house is spacious and clean with three terraces to eat, drink, soak in the hot tubjust enjoy the views. The kitchen was also well stocked if you want to eat in occasionally. We also enjoyed being close to the Path of the Gods trail. It’s 210 stairs to the road and twice that to get to the main roadbeaches in Praiano so I would not suggest this for anyone with mobility issues but we did not mind.

Perfect Stay, Unforgettable Hospitality

Our stay at Nadia’s place was nothing short of perfect from start to finish. From the moment we checked in, we were blown away by the stunning views and the overall charm of the place. The attention to detail made us feel right at home, with everything we could possibly need and more. Nadia’s homegrown vegetables were a delightful addition, and her homemade limoncello was simply the best we’ve ever tasted. We can’t express enough how much we loved our stay here. We’re already looking forward to our next visit! Highly recommend.

Easily 5 stars.

A highlight of our trip. The apartment is beautiful, the view spectacular. It is newly renovated, and huge! More than enough space for our family and kids. The host has two children and my girls loved to play with them for hours, so the kids had the best time ever. We loved Praiano, so happy we stayed there and chose this place. The beaches down the front are amazing. We are in Positano now, and while it’s also beautiful, I preferred Praiano to stay. Highly recommend this villa!

Thank you!

Casa Clara is a beautiful house in Praiano with an incredible view of the sea and coastline. The accommodation is better than the description/ photos and Nadia is a charming and extremely helpful host. Everything you could need is provided and the welcome pack, fresh eggs & tomatoes from the garden add a lovely personal touch. We felt completely at home during our 5 night stay whilst exploring the Amalfi coast. Thank you so much Nadia.
