Luxury 1 bedroom apartment very close to the sea in Torreblanca, Fuengirola, with 5 minutes walk to train, shops, bars and restaurants.





The apartment located on the 2nd floor is south/south east facing, with lovely morning sun, beautiful sea and beach views, . Private path leading on to the beachfront.





Lounge with sofa-bed, TV, open plan super modern kithen with breakfast bar and all the appliances and utensils including dish washer. Nice sized balcony with beautiful views, for relaxing and eating al fresco. Bedroom with a king size 150 cm memory foam mattress and fitted wardrobes. The large bathroom has a rain shower, washing machine and dryer.





The apartment is equipped with air conditioning in all rooms, TV in many languages and fibre optic Wi-Fi. We provide all bed linen and towels and our office is close by so we are willing to help with any of your needs.



The community is gated, has lift and ramp access directly off the flat entrance boulevard.



There are restaurants, bars, shops, mini-markets and bus stop nearby and the Torreblanca train station is only a short walk away with direct trains to the airport and Malaga center. There is no need for a car to stay in this lovely apartment.





Low season monthly rates are available if your stay will be 4 weeks or more from November to March, so please enquire for a long stay quote.





Extra fee of 25,00€ in case you bring animals (maximum 10 kg). This is for extra cleaning and you must inform us prior to the holiday start date. Please ask us to supply a throw for the sofa for your dog or bring your own, thank you.

Very nice apartment, conveniently situated near beach, bars and restaurants and supermarket not far away, all within walking distance. Bus stop outside the apartment. Small balcony with sun in the morning. Lovely comfortable bed. Good size bathroom. Somewhere to hang towels in the bathroom.

Beautiful view over the sea, close to the chiringuetos, close to public transport and supermarket. Nice pool. The apartment has got everything you need. Everything went smoothly. I like your new booking system and the key collection. Maybe it is just me being me, but I would love if you after the booking, would write to me. not only when the next payment is, but also when you inform about key collection and other instructions.

apartamento acogedor y luminoso

locación, apartamento, cocina, electrodomésticos, cama, toilette los muebles de la terraza estan en malas condiciones y no son apropiados para el apartamento. no hay una mesa apropiada. la mesita del comedor no se puede usar abierta, lo cual hace muy incomodo comer ahi. y al comer en el bar sin una silla con respaldo tambien es incomodo.

Recomiendo pero haría algunas mejoras

El apartamento está fenomenal,con muchas comodidades y en un entorno muy tranquilo. Tengo que reconocer y agradezco inmensamente, que me han tratado con una atención inmejorable y que todo lo que pedí, de inmediato me lo trajeron, como perchas o una cafetera nueva, que no había. Pero también hay algunas cosas que se podrían mejorar, por ejemplo, en la terraza no hay toldo y con lo bien que se está y la vista a la piscina,era imposible aguantar desde que amanece hasta por la tarde porque el sol da de lleno y es insoportable. Otro inconveniente es que para cocinar solo hay una sartén y dos cacerolas, se necesita más menaje, incluso no hay escurridor para pasta o verduras. Pero no quise pedirlo que seguramente me lo hubiesen dado porque la gobernanta Roz, es maravillosa. Por último, la TV de la habitación no funciona y me dijo Roz que habría que ponerla nueva, pero ya no insistí...hubiera estado mejor tenerla disponible, puesto que los niños ponen su canal y nosotros hubiéramos puesto otros con dos TV...lo digo porque en el anuncio ponía 2 TV y no es así...Igual que también pone en el anuncio que en la piscina hay tumbonas y no hay ni una... Creo que lo que no corresponde con la realidad no debería publicitarse. En general se está muy agusto en el apartamento, por comodidad, limpieza, ubicación, cerca de la playa y en un edificio tranquilo. Pero quiero dejar constancia de que hay algunos inconvenientes que se deberían mejorar.

El apartamento tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días en Fuengirola. La playa está a 1min, y tienes justo en frente una parada de bus para ir al centro. La comunicación con la inmobiliaria fue buena. Recomendable 100%
