Extrêmement bien placé pour prendre le tramway vers les Cinq Terres. Restaurants et épicerie à pied mais stationnement sur la rue est payant de 8:30 à 20 heures.

Convenient location to Cinque Terre

Full kitchen is nice, can sleep 6. Instructions for access to the apartment were lacking, and owner was not available to meet us. Sent her daughter, who wasn't fluent in english.

Location

Very clean and comfortable place. Can not beat the location either, only a couple minutes walk to train station and restaurants, shopping, groceries, etc.

Awesome location in La Spezia for Cinque Terre

This is a very clean, extremely nice apartment in a perfect location in La Spezia. A short walk to/from the train station (@3-5 min) makes it ideal for visiting Cinque Terre, as well as just a few blocks from the main dining venues in La Spezia - don't miss that opportunity! Location was surprisingly quiet, even with it's prime location, and extremely comfortable. Check In/Out was very smooth with very detailed instructions from owner. Would absolutely stay here again!

Large and well appointed apartment. Excellent bedding, AC!, and good water pressure. Great location. 3 minute walk to train station. 5 minutes to the hear of the city. Host communication is also top notch. I really liked this place.

Par lui même l'appartement est propre et bien équipé, par contre décevant quant à son environnement. Le bas des fenêtres est au niveau d'une terrasse qui est utilisée comme étendage, impossible de laisser les fenêtres ouvertes,les animaux rentrent sans problème depuis la terrasse dans les chambres, les trains passent à moins de 50 mètres des fenêtres, aucune isolation phonique entre appartements, la cuisine nécessite la lumière en permanence,l'accès à la salle de bains comporte une marche et la douche n'est pas facile d'accès et glissante .Autre handicap et non des moindres, l'appartement se situe au premier étage surélevé accessible par une large montée d'escaliers d'une vingtaine de marches avec un ascenseur qui ne s'arrête qu'entre les étages donc sans intérêt. 20€ la journée pour le parking si l'on doit utiliser sa voiture en journée mieux vaut ne pas le prendre, il y a des possibilités de stationnement gratuites la nuit à proximité. En conclusion l'appartement est situé proche de la gare et de rues piétonnes mais le prix de cet hébergement est à mon avis beaucoup trop élevé en regard des inconvénients exposés ci dessus

Great location!

This property is near the train station but removed from street traffic. Just a 2-3 minute walk away which made it perfect for going out to Cinque Terre. A coffee shop and grocery store are within a block. You can also walk on a pedestrian only street all the way to the waterfront. Lots of restaurants and shopping options along the way. The apartment is exactly as presented in the listing and the landlord was very responsive. It's a simple property but very comfortable.

The best!!!!

First time using Vrbo and this wad amazing! This apartment had everything and was in the best location ever!! Adriana’s husband greeted us and let us into the apartment which was so clean and had plenty of room! The kitty cats in the balcony were an added bonus!! Thank you!

Great start to a family vacation

We traveled to Italy after both kids graduated from college as a celebration. This was our first stop. The directions on how to get to the property, where to park etc were great. We had no problems. We had everything we needed during our stay. The property was cute and clean. Highly recommend this property.
