Beautiful Apartment

The apartment was beautiful and had plenty of space to accommodate our family of four with space to spread out. Andrea and Mateo were wonderful! Book here- you won’t be disappointed!

Excellent Accommodation

The accommodation was clean, comfortable, extremely well equipped & furnished. The hosts provided comprehensive information on the property's appliances & details of local amenities & sites. They also proved very responsive & helpful when we had a problem. We would thoroughly recommend this property & the hosts well deserve their status as "superhosts"

La Spezia

Very modern and spacious apartment with everything you may need for a comfortable stay. It wasn't easy to park in the neighborhood, but you don't need a car to enjoy the area. It as an easy walk to the station to visit Cinque Terre.

Beautiful Apartment

Everything was amazing. We appreciate all the amenities and information in the apartment on the Cinque Terra. Very clean and quiet apartment and comfortable beds. Location is a little far from the train station but OK if you are able to walk or get a taxi. Thank you.

Peggy House is a gem

Peggy House sets the standard for well-apportioned, stylish, and comfortable vacation rentals managed by their owners. The bottle of wine waiting in the fridge along with water, the provided toiletry supplies, dishwasher and washing machine soaps, along with modern and well-kept appliances… the beds, furniture, televisions, all of it clean functional and well presented. Bravo Matteo and family! We will be back.

Beautifully appointed spacious 2 bedroom near cinque terre

The host was there to greet us. He showed us the apartment, took time to show the layout, which was spectacularly put together-every room was stunning and represented the area we were in. Also, he took the time to talk with us about cinque terre, how to navigate getting there, the highlights in each village, eating places nearby. We highly recommend this accommodation. We “wanted to “take the apartment with us! Thank you so much for the wonderful home away.

Beautiful stay at Peggy House

Peggy House is an amazing place to stay for a visit to Cinque Terre. There has been much love and attention gone into preparing the home for visitors and it shows! The home is exceptionally clean, bright and comfortable. Matteo welcomed us at the door showed us all of the amenities and provided us with all the information we needed to have an enjoyable stay. The beds were very comfortable and the bedrooms beautiful. The bathroom is large and modern with an amazing rain head shower. The kitchen too is perfect with everything that you could need to prepare a meal or to just have breakfast before heading out to explore the area. I cannot say enough about this wonderful home. Thank you Matteo and Andrea for allowing us to enjoy your home and for being such great hosts. Rhonda and Don

A 20 on a scale of 10!

There are so many great things to say about the Peggy house in our hosts, Matteo and Andrea, that we don’t know where to begin. First know that you won’t find a Vrbo as spacious and modern and lovely in all of La Spezia. Fully renovated, the apartment is wonderfully appointed with clever decor in every room. The shower is a roomy size for Italy, and the kitchen was perfect for staying in and cooking two nights in a row. The bed was the most comfortable we slept in during our two weeks in Europe and the towels and linens were lovely. Matteo was exceptionally quick to respond to questions and so very helpful! We would rate Peggy House a 20 on a scale of 1 to 10! Just a fabulous home away from home.

Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr willkommen gefühlt. Wurden von Matteo und Andrea mit vielen tollen Tipps versorgt. Die Wohnung ist modern und sauber, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Der Balkon allerdings ist sehr klein und lädt nicht zum draußen sitzen ein. Abends wurde es ab 22.00 Uhr bis ca. 00.00 Uhr sehr laut vor dem Apartment. Mit geschlossenem Fenster, war es okay. Für unser Auto haben wir hederzeit einen kostenlosen Parkplatz in der Nähe gefunden.

Highlight

This apartment was a breath of fresh air. The owners paid attention to detail and really thought about the travelers needs, which we noticed and appreciated. The apartment was well decorated and clean with white sheets which is a plus. The only thing that was slightly unexpected was we were anticipating on-site private assigned parking but there was only public street parking. But Matteo was very helpful in finding us a spot close by on the street. Overall one of the best places we have stayed so far during our trip.
