This lovely, authentic old Florida fishing cottage features breathtaking riverfront views, a cozy living space, one comfortable bedroom, and a full-size bath, all beautifully furnished. The fully equipped kitchen has everything a guest might need, and there's also a BBQ area. The decks face the river with beautiful views, and there is a canoe, dock, and boat slippage. This secluded area of the river boasts some of the best local fishing and is perfect for canoeing and kayaking, all while being just minutes from downtown Sebastian.

The cabin was clean and comfortable, perfect location with so much to do. The dock on the river was a great place to fish and drink a beer. Everybody we met on the property were friendly and welcoming. Beautiful area to visit.

Cozy Cottage on Peaceful Grounds

We enjoyed our stay in the cottage. Everything we needed was included. The grounds are peaceful and great for walking our dog.It was awesome to see dolphins in the river and watch gorgeous sunsets from the dock.We look forward to returning.

What an awesome waterfront cottage to enjoy the Sebastian, Florida waterway. From the sofa you can enjoy the waterfront view. Private location and so close to everything you want, great seafood restaurants, grocery stores, boat ramps, and fishing guides. Beautiful area to visit. Cottage has everything you need. Can't wait to return for another stay!

The pictures accurately describe the appearance. The awning was there for our trip and worked well. The dock on the river was a nice place to have a beer before dinner. The people we met on this property were friendly and welcoming. We had a relaxing few days there.

What a nice piece of property. Very quiet and relaxing. Did some fishing off the dock with success. Nice dock for our boat and convenient to river. Had some great eats at local restaurants. Best of all we got to bring our dog. We have a great visit and will be returning.

Property was very clean upon our arrival. Location was great for dining and fishing. The cottage is not stand alone, it's actually a duplex. The air conditioning could not keep up with the heat, we purchased two fans to make it comfortable.

A Little Peace of Paradise!

Great waterfront location with lots of amenities. Amazing amount of marine life off the pier! Convenient to stores and restaurants. We were permitted to keep a boat at the dock with no extra fees. The owner was extremely gracious and communication from the rental manager was very efficient as well. We will return!

Peace in Sabastian

The cottage was exactly as represented. Simple, peaceful, waterfront, and awesome boat dock. We met the owner who was very welcoming and generous to share his beautiful property with others. We loved having our boat docked on site and enjoyed the convenience and easy access to the inlet. We especially appreciated the green lights on the dock which made night returns perfect.
