Our lovely house is on the car-free bungalow park Buitenplaats
Schouwen in Westenschouwen in Burgh Haamstede on Schouwen Duiveland, the northernmost island of Zeeland. The cottage is in a former fruit orchard, making it a beautiful green area. At the park there are various facilities that one can use: one
tennis court, an outdoor swimming pool (open mid-May to 1/9), paddling pool,
playground, soccer field.

Mooie gezellige omgeving

Het park en de omgeving zijn heel fijn. De faciliteiten in het park zijn prima en goed verzorgd. Het huisje is gezellig maar is klein en niet echt schoon.

Aufenthalt

Ich buche schon seit 30Jahren Ferienwohnungen. Ich habe allerdings noch nie so eine verschmutze, vergammelte Wohnung gesehen. Es ist eine Unverschämtheit, ein solches Objekt anzubieten. In den Schubladen waren Essensreste, Haare usw. Die Spülmaschine innen verschimmelt, Backofen Brotkrümmel, Lebensmittel im Kühlschrank, Lamellenrollo in der Küche voller Schmutzflecken und Fettspritzer...ich könnte noch weiter aufzählen. Esstisch ( ein Bein fast rausgebrochen) viel zu klein für 5 Personen, nur 4 Stühle,überall Dreck, verschmiert, Die Anlage, also der Park, war sehr gepflegt. Deshalb verstehe ich umsoweniger, wie ein solches Objekt dazwischen vermietet wird . Wie komme ich an eine Entschädigungssumme? Ich bin wirklich sehr sauer und FEWO kommt so nicht mehr für mich in Frage.

Zu bemängeln sind z. Bsp.die Sauberkeit Beispiel bei der Ankunft hing ein Hautpflaster am Nachttisch, der Besteckkasten...verkrümelt, die Küche insgesamt fettig...die Terrasse hat zuviel Unkraut vorgewiesen... Zustand: Treppengeländer immer noch wackelig, ein Esszimmer Stuhl zu wenig wenn man für 5 Personen vermietet benötigt man den 5. Stuhl aber das Haus ist nicht für 5 Personen ausgerichtet geschweige 5 erwachsene Personen ( zu wenig Unterstellmöglichkeit Schränke o. ä. ) die Lage, Örtlichkeit und der Park selber sehr empfehlenswert. Ansonsten hat uns die Zeit sehr gut gefallen nur nicht mehr in diesem Haus.

Schöne Gegend, gepflegter Park

Die Anlage selbst war in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand und bot für Kinder und Erwachsene gute Möglichkeiten zur sportlichen Beschäftigung. Schwimmbecken für Erwachsene und Kinder, Tennisplatz, Fußballfeld usw. in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand. Das Haus war leider nicht ganz so gepflegt. Uns kam es vor, als hätte es nach den Vorbewohnern keine ordentliche Endreinigung gegeben . Ceranfeld und Backofentür wurden nur schmierig übergewischt und in den Schubladen der Küche befanden sich Flecken, Krümmel und Haare. Kühlschrank wurde nur grob ausgewischt und irgendwie kam wohl der vorhandene Staubsauger nicht richtig zum Einsatz. Insgesamt sehr verwohnt. Trotzdem hatten wir wegen der Umgebung einen sehr schönen Urlaub, aber das Haus würden wir nicht mehr buchen .
