Fantastic location and facilities!

Great appartment and very kind hosts :)

We very much enjoyed our holidays in Desenzano del Garda. Antonella and Fabio were very helpful and easy to contact via whatsapp (already before arrival). The appartment and pool were clean and as depicted on the pictures. We would definitely recomment this appartment.

Cosy apartment

Pleasent stay in a cosy apartment on a very nice location, surrounded by nature, near the center of Desenzano and a very good pizzeria nearby. Some investments in the mattress is advisable.

Awesome location

The location of the apartment was absolutely perfect. Close to the beach, close to shops like Lidl and DM and still very quiet, not much traffic around. The property is beautiful and the pool next door which could be used was perfect for late evening swims. All in all, we would come back for sure and recommend staying here. The owners were super nice and helpful. Thank you again for your hospitality:)

Great base for exploring lake Garda

This is an excellent base for exploring Desenzano and the lake Garda area. The train station is also a short drive away (10 mins with free parking) with trains to Verona, Venice and Milan. The property is is clean, tidy, spacious and well equipped. The only slight downside is the rather old bathroom, this could do with an update I feel. The hosts are friendly and quick of offer help and advice on the sights and local restaurants. There is a great pool over the road and also a play area for kids too. All in all a good place to stay

Esmera Country Apartment

We had a fantastic stay, The hosts, Antonella, Fabio and David have a great property and they are excellent hosts. They recommended places for us to visit and to have dinner. They invited us to have breakfast one morning and we talked with David while we ate. We learned more about the place and about Decenzano.The apartment itself had everything we needed and it is a short walking distance from the water at Desenzano. From there, the ferry took us all around the lake. They have a nice pool at the property as well.If we are fortunate enough to go back to Desenzano, we will be booking Esmera Country Apartment again.

Nice little appartment

We had a very pleasant vaccation in this appartment. The Pool and jacuzzi are just over the street and open at any time, we appreciated this very much. The bedroom is downstairs and hence a little cooler what is very nice for sleeping. One can reach the city center by foot easily and two really good restaurants (recommended by our hosts) are very close by. Our hosts were super friendly gave super helpful information and offered help whenever we needed it. The kitchen has everything you need if you want to cook, the refrigerator could be a bit colder. Overall we would highly recomend this appartment

Spacious and quiet apartment

Perfect located just a short walk from the beach, marina and not far from the train station. Private parking right by the apartment. Fully equipped for self cataring if you choose to do so. Even a washing machine. The only things we would say could improve the appartment would be a kettle, a full length mirror and an extra fan so you don't have to carry the one up and down the stair. Es wae ein schöner Urlaub!

Wir waren ca 9 Tage am Gardasee und waren alles in allem zufrieden! Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen und betreut von der tollen Antonella! Die Unterkunft war sauber und man hatte genug Platz für alles. Vor allem toll fand ich den privaten Pakplatz. Man musste sich keine Sorgen ums Auto machen. Mir fehlten nur noch 1-2 Spiegel in der Wohnung. Da war nur ein Spiegel im Bad und wenn der Partner im Bad war, konnte ich mich nicht für die Trips fertig machen. Ist aber nur eine Kleinigkeit. Die Lage war super. Wir konnten ohne Probleme innerhalb von ca 20 Minuten sowohl in die Stadt

Sehr schöner Urlaub am Gardasee

Die Wohnung befindet sich am Stadtrand von Desenzano und liegt in einem Haus, welches zu einem ehemaligen landwirtschaftlichen Betrieb gehört. Die Wohnung entspricht dem Online- Auftritt und wird von sehr netten Vermietern verwaltet. Der große Pool ist in nächster Nähe und sehr schön! Mit dem Schiff kann man vom Hafen aus den ganzen See erkunden und dort war auch unsere Lieblings - Gelateria " Vivaldi" .Wir kommen sicher noch einmal wieder !

Point de départ idéal pour découvrir le lac et ses environs .

Nous connaissions le lac , mais pas Désenzano qui est une ville très animée . Séjourner dans cet hébergement un peu à l'écart du centre tout en pouvant s'y rentre à pied est un petit plus . Le logement est trés propre et conforme à la description . Seul petit bémol , des travaux certainement très récents dans la salle de bain , avec encore des traces de poussières ,petits gravats de percements oubliés . (sans cela , c'était 5 étoiles pour la propreté) .Mais cela ne doit pas être un frein à la réservation . Je pense que si nous l'avions signalé , le problème aurait été réglé de suite .Les gérants sont à l'écoute , abordables et très réactifs . Une adresse à retenir pour découvrir le lac et ses environs (proximité de Brescia , Vérone , Iséo....) Pouvoir prendre le bateau à Désenzano pour découvrir les villages typiques autour du lac est aussi un plus . Le bateau est la solution idéale pour aller à Sirmione et permet d'arriver directement au centre afin d'éviter les bouchons et les parkings assez lointains . Ne pas hésiter à "passer de l'autre coté du lac" et d'aller découvrir Spiazzi .

Très belle semaine

Le soleil a été au rendez-vous pour explorer la région. Bel accueil d’Antonella et Fabio. L’appartement est spacieux et fonctionnel. Un plus, l’accès à la piscine après la chaleur des journées.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt

Die Ferienwohnung liegt etwas außerhalb vom Stadtkern. Aber alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Unterkunft war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und hat viel Wert darauf gelegt, dass wir uns wohl fühlen.

Preisleistungsverhältnis super und freundliche Vermieterin

Wir haben spontan einen Tag vorher gebucht und es hat alles wunderbar geklappt. Die Vermieterin war immer zu erreichen und sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Es ist alles wie beschrieben und wie ich finde ein super Preisleistungsverhältnis. Man kann sich nicht beschweren und es nah genug am Zentrum, sodass wir alles zu Fuß erreichen konnten. Zudem wurden uns einige hilfreiche Tipps zum Essen gehen und Co verraten, due wirklich gut sind. Gerne wieder!

Ferienwohnung in einem nicht renoviertem Altbau

Die Vermieterin bietet Wohnungen in verschiedenen Gebäuden an. Diese Wohnung ist in einem Altbau. Dieser ist nur notdürftig renoviert. Die Haustüre hat kein Schloss jeder kann in das Gebäude. Die einzelnen Wohnungen sind abschließbar. Die Möbel und die Betten sind einfachster Art. Im Badezimmer gibt es starke Schimmelbildung, vor allen Dingten in allen Ecken der Dusche. Meine Frau konnte beim Anblick des Gebäudes gar nicht glauben, dass in ein solches Haus in schlechten Zustand noch Ferienwohnungen vermietet werden. Wir haben uns dann beschwert. Der Beschwerden wurden dann auch sofort und ohne Diskussion abgeholfen. Wir bekamen ein andere Ferienwohnung 11 km entfernt in Raffa bei Elisa Holidays. Hier war alles neu und top in Ordnung. Unserer Ansicht nach ist die Wohnung in diesem Zustand nicht vermietbar. Diese müsste erst sehr umfangreich saniert werden.

Wir haben die Zeit in Desenzano sehr genossen. Die Wohnung war Klasse, die Anlage mit Pool etc. Wirklich toll und Antonella und Fabio waren super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen sicherlich noch einmal wieder :-)

Entspannter Aufenthalt

Wir waren 10 Tage in der Wohnung und es hat es recht gut gefallen. Die Wohnung sieht genauso aus, wie auf den Fotos. Die Lage ist gut, weil es nur einen kleinen Spaziergang bis zur Innenstadt benötigt. Antonella und Fabio waren immer zu erreichen. Besonders vorteilhaft ist, dass das Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss ist und es dadurch immer angenehm kühl war. Auch der dazugehörige Pool ist wunderbar zum entspannen und es gibt sogar einen Whirlpool! Minuspunkte gibt es, weil die Vorgänger das Geschirr leider nicht sauber hinterlassen haben. Zudem ist es doch recht laut, sowohl durch Straßengeräusche als auch durch Geräusche im Haus. Das sind aber wirklich nur kleine Punkte, die dem Urlaub keinen Abbruch getan haben. Gerne wieder!
