charmante maison de vacances 2 chambres St Andrews

La propriété a été entièrement rénovée sans aucune dépense, salle de bain entièrement neuve, nouvelle cuisine avec toutes les unités et chaque appareil remplacé.
Tous les revêtements de sol ont été remplacés par de nouveaux tapis dans les chambres et des planchers de bois massif dans le salon / salle à manger.
Ceci est une maison de vacances très confortable, situé à seulement 10 minutes à pied du centre-ville de St Andrews.
Les lits de qualité de l'hôtel sont des lits flambants neufs et peuvent être disponibles en simple ou superking double ou toute combinaison avec des surmatelas confortables, ces lits sont très favorables et confortables avec des draps en coton égyptien de Next.
Il y a aussi un nouveau canapé-lit DFS dans le salon avec une armoire et des tiroirs dans le box-room adjacent.

Il y a un très beau jardin avec une table et des chaises pour le petit déjeuner et aussi un banc de jardin qui reçoit le soleil du soir!

St. Andrews holiday home

Nice clean holiday home close to shopping. Perfect for a family of four. A little removed from the town centre but easily accessible with a car, transit or a brisk walk.

Great Stay!

We loved this place and it was only minutes by car to the center of town. Host was easy to communicate with and it was and we loved the coziness and ease of use. Would recommend for anyone!

Lovely, spotless property in a great location

Couldn’t have been happier with our stay. House was spotless and in a lovely, quiet and friendly neighbourhood. With easy access to the town centre and extremely close to shops for the last minute essentials it was ideal for our family trip.

Perfect for graduation

Alan the owner very quick to respond to any questions. 4 min walk to Morrison's grocery store (excellent selection fresh flowers) and the bus stop to center of St Andrews. Trip takes 15min. Taxi's very affordable (6min drive)or a 20min walk. Our family of 4 slept well, quiet neighborhood. Recommend!!

short visit to St Andrews

My wife and I had a short visit to St Andrews and this property was idea. It is a 15 min walk into St Andrews and the town centre. There are also 3 supermarkets very near the property. The house was as described, it was clean and spacious and the communication with the owner was good.

I cannot really fault my stat here . The house is clean and well presented . Master bedroom has a very large and comfortable bed. Bedroom 2 has 2 singles . The living room is spacious and clean connected to the kitchen/dining area. It is well sited close enough but not in the town with a store within easy walking distance . Would I stay there again ? Most definitely if i could handle the 11 hour journey again . Thankyou

Cozy cottage just minutes from St Andrews centre

Very clean, cozy 2 bedroom with a lovely backyard overlooking a common green space. We were able to drive to and from the centre of town in 5 minutes. It is a walkable distance, too. Grocery options are very close, the beds were comfortable and the bathroom was as advertised. The owner/manager was very responsive.

Great location and property!

Alan’s rental home is quite lovely, in a very quiet neighborhood just down the street from a large grocery store and bus stop. We could literally get anywhere in St. Andrews by bus. *Pro tip - buy a day pass; you can use it all day long and it’s actually cheaper than two tickets. The home itself is quite spacious and has great amenities. We look forward to visiting again someday!

It was a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to town centre. Less than a 5 minite walk to grocery store. The owner was also very responsive to questions. The place was clean, comfortable, however it could use a bit of an update. Providing basic condiments (salt, pepper, spices, cooking oil etc. would be wonderful. We purchased items to grill burgers and planned to use the barbecue grill mentioned in the description, however there was not one. Yes, I know I should have checked.

Perfect for us

We loved this house… we were here from the US dropping off our fresher at StA and it was just what we needed for family of 4. Very clean with many appreciated supplies (kitchen well stocked and even adaptors for charging devices). Situated in a quiet neighborhood, it’s convenient to food market and bus station. The walk to town center is 20-30 min, and we chose walking every time because it’s such a pretty walk with many options to town through lovely neighborhoods. We took advantage of the washing machine and clothesline (there is not a clothes dryer, though we were able to also use a drying rack indoors when there was misty weather). Alan was always so helpful and prompt in all correspondence. We were sad to leave and would be very happy to return! A very pleasant stay!

Quite Location

Alan, the property manager is very helpful and quick to respond to any queries you may have. There was a problem with a (outside) burst pipe when we arrived but it didn’t spoil our stay and Alan kept us updated on the situation. The house is situated in a nice quiet road but close to all amenities, it’s not far from Morrisons supermarket, with the local bus stop just outside and only 20 minutes walk into the town (be aware, the hill is quite steep coming back😮‍💨) The property itself is clean and comfortable especially the super king size bed! It would be ideal for four golfer as the beds split into singles If you’re arriving late take tea or Coffee with you cos the starter pack isn’t that good. Hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did😊

Electrical problems in the shower

Do you wanna risk your life every time your having your shower?? Broken shower device with a piece of rubber on top to fix it................. My daughter and wife risks their life before we realize the situation... It s ok if their is something wrong sometimes but it is not ok when the owner doesnt care and don t want to talk about it..... "It s normal, they re no risk at all" Sorry but no it is not normal and we are still waiting to your return to talk about it.

Freundliches, sauberes Ferienhaus mit ausreichend Platz für eine Familie. Freundlicher Vermieter, alles lief unkompliziert. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.Das Haus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Wohngegend; zum Stadtzentrum läuft man etwa 25 min., zum Strand 35 min. Es gibt eine Bushaltestelle gleich um die Ecke. Man kann im Zentrum auch gut Parken: es gibt es einen kleinen kostenlosen Parkplatz (North Street/Murray Park); am Strand gibt es sehr viele kostenlose Parkplätze.

Stay during the Open Championship Week

We were fortunate enough to stay at this property in Saint Andrews during the week of the Open Championship. It’s about a mile walk to Saint Andrews and is a very easy walk. Very quiet neighborhood and it was great to have a little private back yard. Home was very clean, new furniture in the living room. Also if you’re traveling with kids the second bedroom with twin beds is perfect. Would definitely stay here again with my family and also come back and stay for a golf trip.

Confortable house in a quiet location

A very confortable house located in a very quiet neibourhood and walking distance from a supermarket, the owner responded very quickly to any request and with a very nice manner. The only point we found a bit unpleasant was to find the kitchen cabinets and cocking pots not properly cleaned, there was even a roasting pan stored in the oven that hadn't been washed at all, the rest of the house was spotless.
