The well-equipped kitchen includes an electric oven, ceramic hob, extractor, fridge freezer, washer/dryer, microwave, and toaster. There is a 32" Smart TV for entertainment and the property has free Wifi.Double doors lead from the lounge area to a small private balcony, offering stunning views across the bay to Looe Island—a perfect spot to soak up the scenery with the sun from late morning through the afternoon. To the other side of the building is a further private balcony which enjoys panoramic sea views from Rame Head in the East to Hannafore in the West.The two bedrooms also enjoy the wonderful sea views. The master bedroom being a spacious king-size retreat with a splendid window seat overlooking the bay. and the second double bedroom has a standard double bed and is another beautifully decorated room with stunning sea views, making it a peaceful and relaxing space.There is a small bathroom with a bath and shower over, WC, and wash basin.
