Villa with sea view, heated pool 3 or 5 bedrooms (6-8 pers) wifi air conditioning

Villa Vivace is situated on a sunny hill in a green and quiet environment, with a view of the sea and the evergreen hills, covered with o. A. Cork oaks and mimosas. The house is on a (for traffic) non-through road, but continues as a forest path with beautiful views of the bay of Canadel and the islands. This can be the starting point of endless walks in peace, even in high season, with breathtaking sea views and even into the Alps. From the south terraces there is a beautiful sea view on the bay of Le Lavandou and a view of the island of Bagaud and a part of Porquerolles. The heated private pool offers all privacy and has a view of the evergreen hills, surrounded by nature. The pool is approximately 8x4 and is 0. 90 -1. 80 m deep, has a sofa with built-in jacuzzi and the whole can be covered with an automatic pool cover; this offers safety (small children), but also ensures the preservation of heat and is effective against dirt and water evaporation. The whole is on a fenced plot of approximately 2500 m². The terrain is largely covered with natural trees and shrubs typical of this environment: cork oaks, palm trees, mimosas, arbousses, yuccas. In this natural environment there is plenty of shade, besides the covered terrace and the parasols of course. In "the forest" you can find two play huts, a trampoline, a swing and a sandbox. There is parking for 3 cars and the driveway is closed by an automatic gate. The house is suitable for children of all ages: cot and high chair etc. are of course present but there is also a lot of toys available, including a ping-pong table and table football (both covered). On the south side there is a covered and open terrace, with two tables and a total of 12 chairs and two loungers. Here you can also find a plancha gas BBQ. On the pool side, another table with 6-8 armchairs. Around the pool there are 6 sunbeds with luxurious mattresses. The house can either be with three bedrooms (all on the same level as living room, bathrooms, kitchen, terraces and swimming pool), or with 2 extra bedrooms with extra bathroom and living room. This extra apartment is located "under" the 3-room villa (sounds weird, but the house is on a slope, so it has doors and windows to a private covered and open terrace. The extra apartment is not rented separately! So everything, including swimming pool, is private for you. The living room consists of sitting area with sofa and 3 armchairs and dining table with 6 chairs. The practical kitchen is equipped with all conveniences: electric knobless hob, fridge / freezer, dishwasher and various coffee machines (traditional, Dolce Gusto, Senseo, espresso). According to our guests, there is everything else! The bathroom with large walk-in shower, bath, double sink and toilet are fully equipped with travertine tiles. The three bedrooms all have good comfortable mattresses. One room is furnished as a children's room, has a semi-high bed (adult size) and a single bed (adult size). The bedrooms all have fans, roller screens and a central air conditioning. Wifi via 4G is fast (25 GB per week). Dutch and German channels and even most English channels can be received (radio and TV). Villa Vivace is located in a quiet villa district and is about 2000 meters from the nearest beaches (Pramousquier); in a bird's eye it is closer, but you have to swing for a moment to come to our height. There are 4 beautiful sandy beaches within 5 minutes with excellent parking possibilities. The sand beaches all have (seasonally) sun loungers, bars, restaurants, etc. One of the beaches has a good sailing school (also rental) and jet ski, parasailing and other fun things. Snorkeling costs nothing and is really fantastic here; it suffers from the beautiful fish by the rocks, sea anemones, squids, sea urchins .... At the bottom of our street there are two restaurants and a mini-market with everything you need, also fresh bread. For the rest there are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets within 15 minutes. The beauty of Rayol-Canadel is that the beaches are not overcrowded in high season and that nature is so overwhelmingly beautiful. The French therefore do not call Rayol "the pearl of France" for nothing. Here is the "Domaine de Rayol", a botanical garden, located directly on the coast. Sea view can not be boring here: 4 islands within sight / reach, "des Îles d'Or" (the golden islands) and Porquerolles. From Le Lavandou (15 min.) There are regular boats to these islands. Furthermore, Saint-Tropez is not that far, about 30 km, but we find Le Lavandou and Hyères much more fun. For hikers and mountain bikers this is paradise during the winter months. Beautiful, easily accessible, forest trails, more also paved roads that are hardly used even in high season. We live next to Villa Vivace on a lower part of the site, with our own pool and terraces and have no view of the Vivace's terraces, swimming pool or anything else.
