The new villa offers 2 beautiful terraces (100m2), garden and bowling alley, a secured pool with shutter.
On the ground floor: a large living room with lounge, dining room, kitchen equipped with 2 large refrigerators, 1 freezer, 2 ovens, 1 Nespresso machine ..., 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bathroom + shower and 1wc separated.
Upstairs: 2 double bedrooms, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and a bunk bed (possible 12 beds), 1 bathroom, 1 shower room and 1 separate toilet. Washing machine and condensation dryer. Sheets and towels supplied. BBQ and plancha (gas) family.
All rooms are air conditioned with individual adjustment and offer exceptional sea views. The windows are fitted with mosquito nets.

The view is amazing, and the pool is heated. The kitchen and the house in general has great equipped. We enjoyed our stay during the end of September, where weather was still perfect, sunny and warm.

Top villa with a view

The view from every room, pool and from the terrace of this fully equipped villa are stunning. Everything is well taken care of and it is a very nice area within a bird's eye view of some nice beaches with beach bars. We really enjoyed all the peace and luxury this villa has to offer.

Gorgeous villa with magnificent views

We had a wonderful time. Rayol is a gem of town with fabulous beaches. The house was in a great location to access all. The views are magnificent with perfect outdoor area. Plenty of chairs, loungers and umbrellas. The house is extremely clean, modern and high spec but also very homely with all the equipment you need. The owners are lovely and very efficient when booking. The meet and greet people are so friendly and very helpful. Thank you to all.

Beautiful house in stunning location

We have just stayed at this lovely villa for a week in August, the location and views are breathtaking. We were greeted by the housekeepers who showed us around which was very nice and they answered all the queries we had and also gave us advice on around and about the villa. The villa itself was spotlessly clean and well equipped. We were two couples a mum and baby and found it very easy to live in. We cooked on the barbecue every night and looked out across the blue sea. We would recommend this villa to anyone who wants good quality and stunning views. Before and after our stay we had contact with the owners and found them very helpful and informative.

Phänomenaler Aufenthalt! Wir hatten eine super-tolle, erholsame Zeit. Das Haus ist genau wie beschrieben, alles ist sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Nous avons été très bien accueillis. La maison et toute la propriété étaient très propres. Très bien équipées. Climatisation dans chaque pièce. La chambre enfants est vraiment sympa. L'extérieur est très bien équipé et il y a un store roulant pour la partie repas de la terrasse. Un séjour vraiment magnifique !

Das schönste Ferienhaus in dem wir jemals waren. Die Aussicht ist wunderschön mit einzigartigem Blick auf das Meer und tollem Pool. Alle Zimmer hatten Meerblick. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub. Man kann zu Fuß in 20 Minuten zum Strand und in 10 Minuten zum Bäcker laufen.

Atemberaubender Ausblick

Wir haben zu zehnt in der Villa für eine Woche Urlaub gemacht und es hat uns an nichts gemangelt. Der Ausblick ist wirklich wunderschön und der Strand sowie Supermärkte oder Sonstiges ist schnell zu erreichen. Die Gegend ist ruhig und wir konnten sehr gut entspannen.

Beaux moments en famille dans un endroit magnifique

Nous avons passé une semaine merveilleuse avec nos enfants et petits enfants dans un coin magnifique avec une vue extraordinaire. La vue depuis la villa est époustouflante et les enfants étaient ravis de pouvoir profiter de la piscine et de la très jolie plage du Rayol-Canadel-sur-Mer Nous avons découvert la région ( à l'écart du buzz de Saint Tropez)et retournerons très certainement. Merci pour l'accueil et la gentillesse de Sabine. La seule remarque serait l'absence de barrière sur la terrasse devant le séjour, pour les enfants en bas âge. Autrement tout était parfait.

Traumhaft schöne Zeit

Wir durften eine Woche in der Villa verbringen und es war einfach nur wunderschön. Die Villa ist bestens ausgestattet, sauber und stilvolle eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der unbeschreibliche Meerblick von allen Seiten ist einzigartig, man kann sich sehr gut erholen und abschalten. Der Kontakt zur Eigentümerin Beatrice sowie zur Ansprechpartnerin Sabine, vor Ort, war problemlos und jederzeit erreichbar für Anliegen. Beide sind sehr bemüht dass man sich wohl fühlt und einen schönen Urlaub hat. Wir haben die Zeit wirklich genossen und wollen unbedingt wieder kommen. Die Villa ist einzigartig und besonders, es fehlt einem an nichts. Danke für die schöne Zeit!

Magnifique villa offrant une vue spectaculaire sur la mer. Encore plus impressionnant que sur les photos. Espaces extérieurs très spacieux avec mobilier de qualité. Bel aménagement intérieur offrant des vues sur la mer de toutes les pièces. Lits confortables et cuisine très bien équipée. Nous avons adoré notre séjour et y retournerons avec grand plaisir.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sooooo sehr genossen!!!!!

Die Unterkunft ist ein absoluter Traum und wir haben jede Minute genossen. Die Ausstattung ist super und der Ausblick von der Terrasse der Wahnsinn!!! Wir wollten gar nicht mehr weg…. :-) und hoffen, irgendwann mal wiederzukommen. Vielen Dank für Alles.
