Un élégant appartement d'une chambre situé au cœur de la vieille ville de Dubrovnik, en retrait de la plus belle rue du Stradun, juste en face du célèbre monastère franciscain. Le complexe franciscain possède l'un des plus beaux cloîtres romans de la côte croate, ainsi que la pharmacie Friars Minor, qui est la troisième plus ancienne pharmacie en activité au monde. Cet appartement récemment rénové est situé au premier étage d'un immeuble centenaire à quelques pas des restaurants, des boutiques, des attractions, des événements et de la vie nocturne. La célèbre plage de Banje et le port de la vieille ville, d'où vous pourrez prendre un bateau pour l'île voisine de Lokrum, sont à seulement 10 minutes à pied de l'appartement. 



Cet appartement lumineux dispose de hauts plafonds et d'une décoration moderne et élégante. Il comprend une chambre avec un lit double, une salle de bains, une cuisine avec coin repas / salon et une table pour 4 personnes. Il y a aussi un canapé-lit dans le salon qui peut accueillir jusqu'à 2 personnes supplémentaires. Les grandes fenêtres du salon offrent une vue magnifique sur le très précieux portail gothique - Renaissance de l’église franciscaine sculptée en 1498. Amazing location!!!

Lovely apartment, nice space. You do need to bring your own soap, shampoo, coffee and laundry soap.

Great apartment in the heart of old town

The apartment itself was great! Nicely decorated, very clean, felt safe. It was right in the middle of old town, which was great from a convenience standpoint. It was a bit noisy at night (until the wee hours of the night) with music and restaurants / bars nearby, but overall it was great!

In the heart of old town

If you want to be close to everything this is the perfect place. If you want quiet , maybe not The street noise does not stop until 11pm. And the early morning noise starts at 6:30 am . But that did t bother us. Clean, modern and In The heart of old town. . Wonderful Stay !

Perfect location

The location could not be any better. The apartment is right off the main street in old town making it super easy to get around. The apartment was clean, comfortable and had everything you might need. The AC worked very well which was great during the heat wave. It is loud at night as crowds are out and about all night long but it didn’t bother us and we had no trouble sleeping.

Great location but noisy

Great location and nice apartment. Very noisy. Cafe festival which is diagonal to this location has live music very late. Also people walking home late at night after bars were very loud in the street. Great that there was a washing machine. Door from the street needs oil as it was very loud. A shelf in the shower for soap/shampoo would be great. But you couldn't beat the location.

A Gem in Old Town

From start to finish the Hedera staff were very pleasant and accommodating. The apartment was bright and clean…perfect for our stay in Old Town Dubrovnik. The apartment was well situated for seeing all the sites and feasting on amazing food. While it does get noisy at night ( the piano bar and singer at Cafe Festical was a treat to listen to) ear plugs did the trick ( I wear them regularly so not a problem). The weather could have been better but that’s life. We would definitely recommend Hedera A2.

Perfect place

What a great place! Perfectly located right by Pile gate, tucked away on the first floor. The apartment is cozy, clean and more than adequately equipped with everything one can need. From appliances to utensils, the hosts have thought of everything. The only thing missing was a dryer but they provide a clothes line with pegs to hang dry clothes. Bathroom was clean, the bed and sofa bed were comfy. The hosts were so kind they had the sofa bed pulled out and set with sheets etc for our teenager before we arrived! The place is very close to a grocery store, and restaurants. The best part is that there are no stairs to climb other than the one flight to get to the first floor, so no hauling luggage all around Old Town.

Great value

Great location, very centrally located but also reasonably quiet at night, the appartement is well designed and fully equipped. Staff was very helpful all the way from the booking till departure. Everything was just perfect. So much better than staying outside of the Old City !!!
