Negatives are stairs both in the Old Town and to the apartment once in the building plus local cafes near enough to hear conversations and other noise as the evening progressed. Positives are location within the Old Town, WiFi, plenty of hot water and very nice restaurants nearby. The unit is small but has good amenities.
