3ベッドルーム、3バスコーナーユニット内には、5階のバルコニーからの素晴らしい海の景色と、他の窓からの湾の景色を見渡せる広々としたレイアウトがあります。 新しく塗装され、更新されたこのユニットは、快適に眠り、ゲスト用の設備が整っています。 設備の整ったキッチン、ダイニングテーブル、スツール付きの朝食用バー、ウェットバー、リビングルームが1つのオープンエリアにあります。 リビングルームには、新しい寝椅子と新しい椅子、大きな寝具付きテレビ、暖炉があります。

Lovely Stay

We enjoyed our stay at Wind Drift 506. The corner unit was pretty with beautiful views of the beach. It was very well stocked and very comfortable. I would recommend and would rent from the owner again! He was super to work with!

Great place to stay! Excellent host!

Very nice place! Plenty of space and it’s right on the beach within a short walk or drive to just about anything you would need for a family vacation. Our host, Fletcher, was outstanding! He answered all of our questions quickly and was very accessible. Hope to be back soon!

We had such an amazing time! Fletcher made sure to stay in contact even letting me know that the power was out for a bit! Wonderful balcony and view. Very well stocked kitchen, it had everything we needed, except for a pasta spoon. We were able to make do with everything available though and it was an amazing family vacation. Even for my mom who has Alzheimer’s. Thank you for sharing your home!

Great location. Had a great time! Nice place for a family to stay. Blew a breaker one day and an electrician was there in good time to fix it. Beach and water were beautiful and there were a lot of things to do in the area. Fletcher made the reservation and check in process very easy.

Great Location!!!

We really enjoyed the location of this condo, and the view from the balcony is breathtaking!! The beach area in front of the condo was beautiful and not overly crowded, unlike other condos in the area. The unit is spacious and had plenty of room to comfortably accommodate our party of 3 adults and 3 children. The kitchen was very well stocked with absolutely everything we needed, which is a rare find! The owner is fantastic!!! He is very friendly and reached out multiple times to ensure we had what we needed. Would absolutely stay in this unit again!

Second time at Wind Drift and beautiful location. Great communication with owner and would recommend this unit. Only downside can be parking which can be hit and miss as it can be crowded during busy times, but you can park across the street if needed which is a quick walk. However still love this location. Great unit!

The pictures don’t do this place justice!

Before our stay I spoke with the owner and he was beyond friendly. He also checked in on us the day of arrival to make sure we did not need any assistance! We arrived late at night due to work then vehicle issues (around midnight was arrival). The directions were specific on the building, code, the air was already on, etc. In the listing it also states it is a short distance to the beach and it is a SHORT DISTANCE. One of my children can not walk far due to medical reasons and was able to walk independently down the ramp to our spot! For a parent with a child with medical needs this place really was a dream! The stand up shower was perfect for her as well! We are already looking for summer 2024 dates to stay again!

Comfortable and Cozy

This is a fantastic property! The building is definitely a little past its prime, but it delivers on everything advertised with notable hidden fees. When you purchase, there are hidden (not prohibitive) fees. You must buy $60 insurance or be prepared to put down a $15000 deposit. Parking also does not come with the unit and must be purchased for an extra $60/car. Everything else about the property was wonderful! Will look to stay here again.

Great, quiet, beach front property!

3 minute walk to the beach! Watch the dolphins every morning and evening from the balcony! Safe location. Parking lot is "gated" yet big enough for the visitors. Close enough to touristy activities yet still a relatively private beach. We are already planning more trips in the future!

We purchased our first two bedroom, two bath Winddrift condo in 2007. We decided to invest in a bigger unit for our growing family this year! This is our "happy place"!!

Our original unit was also a rental property. Of the 25 reviews on VRBO, it had an overall rating of 4.8/5.

We love the fact that WindDrift is next to the nature preserve. It just seems like a more private part of the beach! We had a great experience with our first unit at WindDrift. Decided to stay in the building and upgrade units!

All around great condo!
This condo is the perfect location. It isn't very crowded and it has the shortest walk to beach ever! It's very spacious and has a beautiful view. I would highly recommend this condo to rent. Fletcher is very kind and it was a pleasure to book with him. My family and I will certainly be booking this condo in the future.

Fantastic Experience
I can't say enough about how accomodating Fletcher was through our booking process and stay in this condo. The condo is very nice and stocked with all you would need for an extended visit. The Wind Drift property as a whole is very well maintained (pool, boardwalk, etc). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to book with Fletcher in the future.

We enjoyed Fletcher's condo! It was well kept and stocked with about anything you could need. Fletcher was friendly and helpful. Easy to reach with any questions. The photo's were a good representation of the property. I would recommend this unit and when we go back we will be looking to rent from Fletcher again!

Family Vacay
The condo was wonderful with a perfection location right on the beach. We are a family of 6 and our young children enjoyed the condo's balcony along with their own room. It was our home away from home and we didn't want to leave. The owner Fletcher Brown is awesome to work with. We are already looking to book the condo for our next vacation.
